Property Ratings at Mermont Apartments
I stayed at the Mermont for two years. Apart from the noisy Amtrak and regional trains and the e nearby fire station sirens, it was a pleasant place to stay at. Management is prompt in handling any issues you have. Really helpful people.
I have lived here for 3 years and have had a great experience. I came to bryn mawr with a list of apartments to tour and toured this building first and decided that day I’d sign a lease here and it wasn’t even worth looking at any other buildings. It is an old building but it has so much character. Apartment layouts vary, but mine has beautiful French doors leading into the dining room and a separate tub and shower which I really like, multiple closets and crystal doorknobs. I do not like open floor plans and the kitchen is it’s own separate room and is very spacious. The building is always kept clean and I have never had an issue with mail or packages. The apartments also stay very warm in the winter and get lots of natural sunlight. The maintenance and office staff are so helpful, professional and friendly. They have always resolved any issue that I had arise. The apartments are so beautiful and spacious that after I had lived here for a year and a half, my brother and his wife ended up moving in because they liked it so much. It’s also only 2 blocks from the train station which was awesome for commuting. If you’re interested in moving to the area you should definitely check out the Mermont!
This has been a fabulous apartment from the minute Winston showed it, we knew it was the one! The building is always super clean, Winston is very helpful when needed, every request to the office was handled quickly and without a problem. Out of all our kids renting apartments from Chicago to Boston to Philly - This was by far the best experience!

This building is very old, but with that comes the beautiful hardwood floors & spacious rooms. Lots of sun comes through the updated windows that are plentiful throughout the apartment. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And the closet space...wow!!!! So much of it!!!! Love! The only thing that I think could be updated is the kitchen, but even that is nice and spacious. We even have washer and dryer in our apartment.
