Property Ratings at Merrick Manor Condominium
Walls are paper thin. Lots of students so there are beer cans on the hallway and really loud music and shouting at 3 AM. The apartments are smaller than they claim. The pool got repaired already after 2 years of use, and the noise was unbearable for a month. The worst is the leasing office personnel. They are rude, condescending, and just plain stupid. They must get some extra cash when they keep a whole deposit because they go out of their way to make up charges to keep it. If you have to live here, take pictures before you move in and after. Something really odd was the maintenance guy talking down to and yelling at our moving and cleaning crew. It was very bizarre, like they were his servants being scolded. It creeped me out.
