Property Ratings at Merrill Crossing
I've lived here since May 2014 & I love this place its not fancy but it's cleaned, maintained well & I really love secured entry. The property manager, Don is amazing & is very dedicated to making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Any maintenance issues are addressed immediately. They do inspections in the units about one a yr & also do pest inspections & spray a couple times a yr. I've never even seen a spider in my apartment.
living in Merrill crossing is very secure, the property is only accessed by the tent who have to have a key, the office manager & maintenance. They have studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms available, rent is very affordable, they accept housing and they always have routine maintenance checks where they come and they make sure the property is safe and secure, no bugs, no broken windows or doors they give you more than enough warning when they are going to do such acts by leaving notes on your door for you to see. The main office is very friendly the manager knows every tenant by name and is very understanding when it comes to certain situations or circumstances. The property is close to restaurants, shopping, buslines, schools, parks and trails. they even accept service pets. The waiting list for 2 bedrooms is short but the time is long, people who live here don't want to give up living at this property. I love living here with my son so much that I have put in a request for a 2 bedroom, I've talked to the office manager who keeps me up to date on how quickly units become available. I can honestly say, "I love this property & plan to be a long term tent".
