Cheap construction with the air of modernity
There is no real on-site help with anything. I lived here for about a year and a half and through that time we had elm bug issues, fire alarm issues, broken doors half the time, and extremely cheap construction. Their management of payments and bills is incredibly unclear and seems downright wrong at times (e.g. electric for one month would be $70 then would be $35 for 6 days). The maintenance people were fine to work with, but the actual hall upkeep only happens biweekly to monthly, and with at least 10 apartments it isn’t enough time. On move out the oven cleaning deducted $230 from the security deposit, so just beware of another non-local company you’re renting from. Cheap construction with the air of modernity.
