Located in Central Washington, the city of Yakima is both peaceful and quaint just 60 miles southeast of Mount Rainer. It’s located inside the Yakima Valley, which is noted for its abundance of apples, hops, and wineries. Locals are afforded many award-winning wines in Yakima, the heart of Washington Wine Country.
The area’s economy is mostly fueled by agriculture. Yakima Valley produces a lot of hops for beer production, making it one hoppy city. Residents look forward to satisfying their shopping needs at Valley Mall. The Casino Caribbean is right down the road from the Yakima Speedway, a popular attraction. the place has roaches and and rude office manager
It isn't paradise, but it's home for us. As with any residence, a couple bad apples here and there can hurt the experience for a lot of people. The landlord has new management staff and works to keep the older building clean and good. They are always on site working on the building so I feel it's the best they could with the area we're in. Me and my family like it here
Do not rent from the manager has a history of identity theft and forgery thier is so much cockroaches and bed bugs that are just spread around because the manager refuses to pay for the whole place to get sprayed and thier is so much drugs around thier its a horrible place
We have two small children and we are scared for their safety here. Bullets were lodged in our wall just last week. We have had to fight off bedbugs three times without management's help, and now we're fighting cockroaches. The owner is the greediest landlord there is. We've paid deposit two times and they're still asking for more money. Our close friends moved out, paid first and last month's rent plus deposit and now the Mesa Apartments are tacking on more money upon their credit, and their apartment was immaculate. If you're smart don't move here ever.
i used to feel safe in my apartment. but with in 2 weeks we have had gun incendents go on...I no longer feel safe here
