Downtown Bellevue hugs the coast of Lake Washington's Meydenbauer Bay, directly across the lake from Downtown Seattle. Bellevue is an award-winning city, with accolades like the best place to live and start a business. Downtown Bellevue is the heart of this popular city, housing many of the businesses, shops, and Downtown Park -- an emerald-green oasis covering 21 acres and featuring a promenade, shade trees, a canal, and a 240-foot-wide waterfall.
As the city's central business district, Downtown Bellevue covers only about 400 acres -- but it is densely populated with office buildings, hotels, entertainment venues, apartment buildings, and shops. Some of the neighborhood's largest employers include Expedia, Eddie Bauer, Concur, and Paccar. Microsoft, located in nearby Redmond, is the city's largest employer.
Bellevue Square contains a variety of shops and restaurants, while the Bravern is a mixed-use development containing offices, apartments, and shops.

Property Ratings at Metro 112 Apartments
The maintenance staff is very efficient. Thanks for your help!
Building security is terrible / nonexistent. While I lived here, the front door never locked and the elevator had no security feature. Anyone could walk in and take the elevator from the lobby up to any floor. The package room door also did not lock and windows showed huge piles of packages all over the place, not in lockers. Multiple times my packages went missing and I assume they were stolen by a nonresident. Once, I walked into the building to find a homeless person sleeping in our lobby. In addition, I had many maintenance issues. My dishwasher broke twice and it took them over a month to get it fixed, and the manager accused me of lying to try to get a nicer dishwasher, even after I sent photos of my whole kitchen flooded. Then my microwave broke, and my dryer did not dry any clothes unless I ran each load through 3-4 cycles. In addition, the building elevators and hallways have a terrible odor. There is a "valet" trash service which means many residents leave their trash out in the hallway in plastic bins that don't contain the smell. Most of the time it smelled like dead fish. The parking garage doors also broke multiple times and it seemed like elevators were always breaking. Overall, the building is in disrepair and not equipped to handle so many residents. It seems they don't have the budget to keep things up to speed. Now, they are trying to charge me to replace the carpet in my unit, since they know I had a dog and they can claim pet odor. I don't trust any of the management here after my experience; it seems like an attempt to collect money on top of my security deposit. Overall, living here was an extremely stressful experience and I only stayed so long because my new construction home kept getting delayed. The one good thing I will say is that the office staff and maintenance crew are helpful and friendly. It's not a reflection on them. But I would NEVER recommend a friend to live here. There are so many nice places in downtown Bellevue. Pay a little more and avoid the stress.

Hello - We are disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with your experience here at Metro 112 Apartments. We want our residents to enjoy calling our community home, so we would appreciate discussing these concerns with you. Please contact us at metro112@simpsonhousing.com or (206) 455-9897. We look forward to hearing from you.
Competitive pricing compared to other apartments in the area while having a lot of amenities and very convenient stores/locations within walking distance.
The parking information is incorrect. When I rent it they said it's 150 dollars with elevator accessible but not for Phase2. The one I rented is phase 2 and it's parking fee is 200 dollars and moreover, there's no available parking space for me! It was my one of key condition to choose an apartment regarding my health condition. They said if I want to move out I have pay 3 times amount of rent. And the dishwasher is broken and it's not fixed yet(3 weeks past). The customer service is worst.
Some of the appliances at move-in did not work (like ice dispenser at the fridge). If care is taken on activating such little things, it would've been a great experience!
Great location and no problems so far
Timely maintenance and the friendly leasing office staff have always been the primary reasons for recommending this apartment community to my friends and colleagues. Kudos! :)
The distance between the loading dock and elevators is quite large and makes transportation of boxes and furniture a bit harder. I love everything else and am waiting for the game room / coffee bar area to open up in the building amenities.
I feel the staff in the leasing office are understaffed/overworked as the response time is really slow. There is also no consistent messaging from the staff. The answer is different depending on who you talk to.
Good amount of space, AC, GYM, pretty good parking for yourself and guests (this is a huge deal), good soundproofing, trash is good, kitchen is a 10/10 CONS: Not enough storage space in kitchen and for utilities and in the bathrooms. Ventilation in the bathroom is not great.
yes
If we like it this much we want our friends nearby to experience it too if they need a place.
The staff is great, the amenities are good and once COVID is over or reevaluated they will once again be better and usable.
The apartment is perfect - My only hesitation would be the cost but the leasing professionals really do their best to help you find an option that does not strain the budget
My friends who would visit commented on the issues with cleanliness and the smell due to trash valet services, which remains a con against the building. Additionally, the access and layout of the building is labyrinthine and corridors and other entries are relatively spartan or wholly unfinished, which friends commented on as feeling institutional and prison-like. You need to invest in the East entry and the connecting corridors between both side of the structure, E and W towers.
Its a nice place to live in. Apartment is really good.
Great apartments, good location near interstate and transit center, not a long walk from downtown. Large kitchen is a huge plus.
The apartment is great. But one thing that should change is the mandatory Valet for garbage. It should NOT be mandatory to opt for it.
The value and location is good, and the staff seem amazing, the customer service is excellent.
I would recommend this property and the staff there are very helpful
Units have AC, good insulation between units and I don't often hear my neighbors, dog friendly, friendly staff
Over all I think the community is great. It's near enough to heart of downtown but still far enough that you don't have the pressure of being downtown. The upgraded fitness centers are nice and that there are two different types of rooms is great. As for negatives, the package handing sucks but I think that is due to the small size of the room used for the delivery lockers and its odd placement away from the mail room. Building access for deliveries can be a pain at times. I have to always go down and get my pizza delivery instead of it being delivered to my door.
Besides the maintenance service, I would recommend this apartment community for its good amenities, great location, and friendly office staff.
The management staff are friendly and supportive! Many apartment complexes do not have air conditioning. That was the main reason we chose this apartment. We like the layout of the kitchen and the counter space. It is a very comfortable area to cook in. My only drawback to this apartment 1311 is the fact that it is directly under the rooftop patio and can be very loud with the loose concrete tiles.
It's a beautiful community and I would be very happy to recommend it to anyone.
Julia and Kim are great! They care about the residents and show empathy when we are frustrated.
We love Cesar! He is professional and works extremely hard.
More information about when requests are submitted and scheduled would be very helpful.
Overall, apartment and facilities are very nice. Minor complaints include: Can hear our neighbors a but more than we were hoping. Parking garage entrance on 112 can be a little nerve-wracking at times.
I live in Metro 112 nearly 9 months. The garbage can broke many times, and the elevator is not that good also. I don't like the carpet on my apt.
I feel special being a part of this community because of the way I'm treated. Kudos!
I would definitely recommend this apartment community, plenty of amenities and the apartments are massive. Nice entertainment suite, even if it is difficult to find. Package delivery etc. is also super good, one less thing to worry about!
The apartments are very big and it is good value for money considering the amenities offered, certainly having maintenance people onsite is very useful.
There was a lack of attention paid to overall condition of the building. Trash shoot constantly out of order. Parking garage gate not working for months at a time. This is a reflection on the owners of the property not the staff.
People smoke in apt next to me which has not stopped even when complaining several times. The garbage shoot works half the time and people leave tons of trash in front of it. The hallways/elevator floors are usually very dirty. Need a cleaning crew here on the weekends because i can't count how many times i have see pee in elevator and entrance to them (from dogs i'm sure but no body here cleans up after themselves). The doors have hinges that make the door slam so hard that can be heard from done the hall. Seems like we are in a prison. New paint color choices feel like I"m living in a nursery school and the paint is already chipping off a month later as it wasn't painted properly.
The apartments that are located in the larger building have air-conditioning and are overall well built. I don't hear much from my neighbors on either side of me and the place has good amenities. Thy fitness center was recently updated and expanded. There are multiple entertainment suites available to be reserved. Then comes in the staff, they are all approachable and friendly.
It's mainly the timeliness. I was satisfied with the repairs, but I wish they would have been done sooner.
Staff extremely friendly, the apartment quality finishes, renovations happening in building definitely see rent being reinvested into resident quality of life which is awesome.
I loved living at M112, the office staff was top-notch and the building is great (especially the rooftop). Fun events like the Hawaiian themed party really made it a fantastic place to live. One drawback was the removal of the residents portal where you could post and share info with other residents. Most properties dont have these kind of features but I hope they bring it back. All in all I had a great time living at M112 and would highly recommend it!
The fact the building doesnt have a guest phone/buzz entrance service is a big drawback based on the rest of apartment communities in the immediate area. Ive lived in the building for over 5 years and it seems in the last year, many things have broken down, examples: Treadmills not getting repaired in the exercise room for months, the paring garage gate breaking and taking weeks for a new part, only it seems to keep breaking. These issues happening in the last year may all be coincidences, as things will break from time to time, however I havent noticed any of these occurances over the previous years of being here.
Common areas of this building is not kept very clean. Halls are not vacuumed often, garage area B1 going into the elevator area is usually dirty, walls and the door need to be painted, the garage floor needs to be swept and the floor area going into the elevator area is stained with several spills.
overall the buildings are still good places places to live the area has grown and there are now more options but I would still say that this is still a good building.
The smell of garbage permeates the hallways, coming from the garbage chutes. This makes it embarrassing to invite friends over.
Overall, I was happy and satisfied with the resident experience. One area of concern was the high amount charged for cleaning services. I had left the apartment in a very clean condition.
Maintenance staff here are friendly and helpful.
In a building this size, I expected to wait, but I didn't. Everyone is so respectful and goes out of their way to help. I never feel like a nuisance, but I feel valued as a customer. A+ to ALL the staff.
I would recommend it because the leasing staff are both courteous and professional. My frustration lies only with Damien of the maintenance team.
We love Metro 112. In our opinion, the best apartment complex in the city.
Everyone seems nice. The apartments are good. Layout is good.
It is a really good location, comparative rent for the area, and the amenities and staff are great.
