Hi… My name is Angela, I have been living in this community for 1 year and 6 months and I really like the peace, the convenience of being a few miles from the Bart station, supermarkets, hospital and also for the impeccable work that manager Jazmine has been doing in the community. She is kinda and She is always ready to help.
Lived in this apartment complex for several years and enjoyed the community I built with the neighbors. Never had issues with the neighbors on the street and there's a sense of everyone helping each other out. The apartments are decent, they renovated them a bit a couple years back to look more modern but they still have that old feel in some ways. Overall had a great experience living here, but one thing I did not like that is that if you've been living here for a while the owners of the building tend to gradually increase your rent until it becomes non-affordable. Mind you they didn't give us any rent relief/flexibility during COVID either. You would think that they would want people to stay here longterm but with the price gauging it seems like they're just about the $$.
Just got accepted to move into this awesome apt complex that has been completely gutted, and now has brand new appliances, lots of light coming in from the windows, and great patios! The application process was super fast, and we received a notification that we had been accepted in less than 24 hrs - way better than the other places we applied to that took 1-2 weeks to get back to us. We submitted all of our deposits online, and rent is paid conveniently online.. We couldn't be more excited to move into this awesome space..
Apartments are great. Well maintained and Management staff is excellent.
