My blinds and kitchen Faucet needed replacing- Maintenance responded to my request in a very reasonable amount of time. Roberto came to complete the job, he was very professional and worked very efficiently. I thought the jobs would take him a very long time but he replaced my faucet and blinds (He needed to take the whole thing down which means he needed to take each blind down one by one), However he completed both jobs and was only in my apartment for no longer than 20-30 minutes. Everything worked well.
Ernesto and his maintenance crew are always super friendly and never shy away from work. Ernesto always double checks on his repairs when I run into him, and makes sure to ask if we need anything. A++
I moved to 85 Estabrook in April 2021. This management has always been a pleasure to work with and very responsive with any questions I have. There are lockers for packages delivered and I’ve never had one stolen and I use Amazon quite a bit. It’s centrally located between 880 and 580. Grocery Outlet is a couple minutes walk right around the corner. Safeway and Pak ‘N Save are a mile away, there’s tons of restaurants everywhere. Close to schools. Kaiser is 2 miles away along with other clinics and medical offices nearby. The on-site laundry rooms are much cheaper than any spot in town. The gyms could use more weights, but the treadmill and Peloton bike are great! Pool is nice and clean, never used (came from Central Valley so the summer weather here is nice and cool to me).

Honestly worse experience ever! Packages are constantly stolen (Lost about 10). Management is super RUDE. Broken gate for a year now, laundry is always getting tossed out. The gym is always missing gym equipment. Not worth the price!!!! I can't wait till i get out of here.

Been here now for a year. Wasn’t so bad for the first 6 months. Management has changed quite a bit. They’re not that great at their job. Questions always go unanswered. Packages are stolen A LOT. A diaper bag for my son was stolen when I was pregnant. They were completely nonchalant & won’t fix the gate. There’s black mold coming through the walls, we clean & scrub everyday only for it to come right back. Which is very nerve wracking with a newborn. Maintenance is awful. They don’t fix anything until you complain MULTIPLE times. Just, not an unfortunate situation for us & we’re hoping to find something else as soon as possible. :(

Broken gate, pool, and laundry units for months. They don't upkeep the property well at all. There are constantly new managers. Not worth the price at all. The units get extremely hot, and the hallways are not maintained. The gym was rarely cleaned and frequently was missing weight equipment. Lastly, the main manager is completely complacent. I tried several times to get registered with an online account but they simply wouldn't follow through. -There are much better homes in the area for a much fairer price all things considered.

Overall nice looking gated community. Has assigned parking(no guest parking and ppl tend to park in your spot occasionally), secure package handling, two separate gym facilities, pool(not open since before Covid). Also has a small dog play area which is convenient for the dog owners. Maintenance team has been good from my experience. I think it’s important to note that the community is definitely smoker friendly to the extreme actually. Hallway smells like it, bathroom smells like it and smoke travels in thru the windows as well. You’ll see cigarette butts throughout the community. So if you’re not interested in secondhand smoke it’s something to keep in mind. There’s no way to keep the smoke out of your apartment unless you personally invest in a large air filter, and management is zero help in this area. Think fire season all year round.
The Neighbors here are super nice and everyone keeps to themselves. Location is great. Management is ok. I put in a maintenance request a week ago, haven’t heard back. When i moved in the apartment was in ok condition. Wasn’t that clean , with random stickers on the refrigerator and mirror. Getting a virtual tour before move in was super easy, but when you call the office it’s a hit or miss if they answer. I was told I would get two parking spaces. I only actually get one. There is no guest parking, as they would need to find street parking. Overall it’s ok.
Prime community in an excellent location ,Modern and minimalist interior !!! Luxer one is a plus for secured mail service !!

I had six places on my list to visit when I was searching for a new place, and Metro 7785 was the second one on the list. After my tour with the manager Angela, it was so easy to make a quick decision. She informed me that they had three different apartments that would suit what I told her I was looking for and she was so patient with showing me all three locations! She smiled during our whole interaction and made sure that I was fully informed on the property. She explained that the apartments are newly renovated which really put my mind at ease. Angela, the cleanliness of the property and the newly renovated apartments were all I needed to go on and make my final decision. Good management is high on my list when I am searching for a place to live, and I am so confident that living at Metro 7785 will be awesome!
I've lived here a little over a year and completely love it. The dog park is really cute and I've met a few of my neighbors as well. I really like that fact that Angela has resident events and that she is very helpful. The maintenance is good and he responds pretty quickly as well. I also like the fact that we have two gyms on site and they are never really busy busy and I cant get in at anytime as the hours are 24 hours. I like how close to downtown we are and that I can walk almost anywhere. I really love it here and plan on renewing my lease when it's up.
Good apartment has turned into worst apartment ever! The new manager is super rube and very very unprofessional, they don't do what we request, what's in their mind is how to rip you off, in fact the rent will be gone up to double. Construction is going on right now to make the building look nice however it's very very old apartment so don't de tricked by looking. Don't even think of renting this apartment or you'll regret. If you want to waste your money, rent it.
We have been living here for almost 4 years and so far so good.....school is near by and easily have access to freeways.....a friendly community and the staff/management are very welcoming!
I've been a resident here since 2010. And I LOVE IT!!! Manager and the maintenance guys are always in the property always doing something or walking around looking for any random car parked WITHOUT PERMISSION yes ONLY RESIDENTS ARE ALLOWED TO PARK INSIDE!! I'm a walker so I'm so glad downtown San leandro is only few minutes away.
