The building is constantly being well-maintained and amenities are rarely unavailable. I like that. We love living in this community! This is our 3rd year here and we continue to enjoy everything these apartments offer. From the open concept living area and high ceilings that maximize the feeling of space to the neutral color palettes that accommodate any decor, these apartments are both well appointed and well maintained. The management and staff are consistently helpful and pleasant. And the Tulsa Arts District beckons from just outside your doorstep! It’s the best place to live in Tulsa!

We truly enjoy living here! Our apartment features tall ceilings and an open living area that affords a spacious feeling. The modern, neutral color palette allows coordination with any decor. The parking garage, pool, gym and other common areas are clean, stylish and well-appointed. The apartment staff respond quickly to any issues and are always kind and friendly. And it’s the best location in Tulsa!
I have been impressed with the attention to detail the management has in groundskeeping and upkeep, their fast response to maintenance requests, and their engagement with the community. I highly recommend Metro at Brady if you are looking for your next apartment in Tulsa.
I've only been here a month, but it's been a fantastic experience. I haven't had any maintenance issues, so I don't know how well they respond, but my apartment was clean and in excellent condition when I moved in, and everything has worked great. The hot water is hot, the noise levels are minimal, and the staff is wonderful.
I moved in sight unseen from a state away and not only was the process flawlessly smooth, Lisa made me feel right at home from the moment I applied. Highly recommend! The building is gorgeous, apartments are stunning and the people are so friendly! Location can’t be beat, and my dog feels right at home. Only thing to note is it is right by the train depot so there is occasionally train noise but it’s very mild.
We have lived here for a year and we love it! The open floor plan and tall ceilings make for a spacious feeling and the neutral color pallet compliments any decor. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoy the pool and gym area and the location is the best in Tulsa!
The building is great and we've met some great neighbors. Pool is great too. The area we are in is also great although loud at night. And Lisa is fantastic. I do wish there was like on-call housekeeping so when the halls are dirty they could be cleaned quickly.

Great location! It's nice to be able to walk to most events downtown. Love having a pool, parking space and BBQ grill area. The staff are friendly and attentive. The building is clean and pretty quiet.
The neighborhood and staff are great. I've been here four years and have made the most of the location. Friendly neighbors, live music, the ballpark and local dining make this an ideal spot.
Downtown Tulsa is growing, and the Metro at Brady is in the heart of it all. I have lived here for 2.5 years, and am only leaving because I am leaving Tulsa. Otherwise, I'd stay here forever! Large apartments with beautiful granite countertops and walk-in closets, an awesome pool and grilling area plus the entire Brady District in walking distance. It doesn't get much better! I will miss this place.
