Property Ratings at Metro Place Apartments
Living at metro place has been an enjoyable experience, with a peaceful environment and prompt maintenance services. The community amenities and friendly neighbors make it a comfortable place to call home.
Move in was seamless, staff is friendly and accommodating they were willing to work with any questions or concerns that I had. Lobby is clean and they make sure the parking lots and sidewalks around the building are clear in the winter.
Fast maintenance. Decently calm and quiet. Right by the highway which is a great plus. Newly painted room. Gym is sufficient. No issues with utilities. Dishwasher and laundry closet are great.
Love the building and the community! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All of my concerns are addressed timely. The amenities are really nice!
Nice place in the downtown Lansing. Moved here recently. I wish the gym equipment would be more diverse with more kettlebells and bars. But otherwise like living here
Love the friendliness of the staff and how clean the apartments are. The residents are respectful and friendly as well. I appreciate the breakfast provided biweekly too!
Ellen is the best! She made the move in process very simple. The apartment itself is also great. I am more than pleased with the unit I have.
I have had a great experience so far. The office staff is great and whenever there is an issue it is resolved very quickly. They offer fun events and activities for the residents each month. They had made my stay in Lansing very enjoyable.
Amazing apartments where safety and security are no worries at all. The management is responsive with any issues and requests. Peaceful living!
Great apartments with good amenities. The gym is very nice, well stocked and clean. There is no space for guest parking. This is frustrating especially since there previously was guest parking and it was taken away.
I only have a few words the best staff mic drop boom I love my place I've been there for three years these guys are the best you will ever find at any apartment complex ever in the universe
We have recently moved to Metro Place and have been thoroughly enjoying our experience. The move-in process has been seamless, and Ellen and Julio were amazing through and through. We love it here!
Property Manager at Metro Place Apartments, Responded To This Review
We greatly appreciate your review! We are truly glad that your experience has been seamless and that you are enjoying your time at Metro Place!
Its been great living at metroplace. I love how the building managers are so cooperative and prompt with all that I need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who asks
I really enjoy the resident events and most neighbors are SO friendly. Our leasing and maintenance staff are quick to respond and will do their best to find a solution!
The staff is the most awesome team I've ever rented from. They show how much they appreciate the residents here at Metro Place. When maintenance is needed, it's handled in a timely manner.
Great staff and nice building! The staff here are so helpful and so kind! I feel very welcomed and taken care of. I would recommend this place!
Enjoying another year at Metro Place. Where it looks like a very nice hotel but feels like home. Close to every thing in lansing and east lansing.
The apartments are so modern and cute! Amenities were a huge plus for me. You are also walking distance to a lot of things downtown. I moved in from out of state and the leasing office was kind enough to put all my big packages in my apartment before I even moved in. The whole move in process with them was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Maintenance is also amazing!
I have really loved living at Metroplace. Overtime they fixed many things regarding safety of the residents given the area the property is located in. It is a fairly clean building and management and maintenance are beyond wonderful. It is somewhat costly but if you need a secure place you need to spend.
the leasing office has been super nice and helpful. everything is addressed really quickly. always hosting fun events. coffee Thursdays are my favorite
Good location. Good neighbors. Monthly events. Good work facilities. It’s been 6 months, looking forward to the summer and fall months. I like the coffee and pastries they have monthly
Metroplace is a great place to live! The amenities are very nice, and the staff is great. The location is good too, with the library, coffee shop, and several restaurants all walking distance.
A very pleasant and positive place to live. The staff is awesome and residents are respectful. It's also nice to have residents who clean up after their dogs.
Love it here. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to move to lansing and the managing staff is so nice. It’s right next to my school and walking distance
It was a good experience but now we are seeing thefts often and homeless people walking up to vehicles asking for money while parked in the parking lot. There are no amenities for our pets, and people leave their dogs?? everywhere….
Everyone has been so friendly in my time here. From the staff to other residents to even some of our neighbors outside, its a great first home away from home for me!
This is 6th month with Metro Place and my experience has been amazing.. the management and maintenance offices have been great and very friendly.
Living at Metro Place has been a very nice experience. Staff very helpful and friendly. Observing most events and holidays by doing something in the building.
So far so good. Nice neighbors. Good amenities. I like the washer and dryer in the apartment. Parking is very convenient, nice to not have to fight for spots of non-residents
Probably the easiest move in ever! Staff was amazing! They have a big orange flat bed that helped sooooo much!! As i was moving in everyone we came across was so sweet and helpful!! Thankful to everyone!!
Quiet community setting. We love our beautiful one-bedroom apartment. Friendly residents and great staff. Well maintained and clean complex. Close to everything!
LOVE it here and it is nice and quiet!! I feel safe in an area where, well, it’s ‘okay-ish safe’ and being out on my balcony is always a wicked pleasant experience!!
I like it here a lot. It’s very quiet and pet friendly. The hallways are cleaned almost every weekend! I really wish we had an area for our pets!
Great location, super nice and helpful staff, friendly community and pet friendly! Clean and comfy environment with quick responses from the staff. Would recommend!
Leasing, property, and maintenance staff are kind, welcoming, and helpful. I enjoy my apartment and proximity to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and freeway access. If there were anything additional I would add, it would be a more secure parking lot with only resident access, and free 24-hour street parking for guests like that of other properties in close proximity.
I would recommend anyone to come to metro place apartments. It is a delight to live here. It is meticulously run by caring individuals from the attentive office to the quick maintenance response time if anything is ever needed. I love living here it feels like I live in a beautiful hotel every time I walk in to the building.
move in process has been so smooth. Lindi and Ellen have been very responsive and helpful throughout the leasing process. I wish there was more basic furniture in the apartment though.
I love it here It’s very clean and i feel safe in the building. They have good locks to keep the building secure. The apartment is modern and nice
I like the Gym......it has a variety of equipment's and aerobic machines. Unfortunately, the apartment exposed to the street in the Capitol building side are exposed to annoying noise.
Amazing staff, extremely fast response time from management and maintenance, great amenities (especially the workout room!) everyone is very friendly here and a joy to talk to! The views of the capital and park are astounding, over all just a very lovely and beautiful place to live!
great place to live and love the rewards and events every month! esp from blue owl, easily the best part of any thursday, and now that the gym is open i have no complaints!
Great place to live. Clean and quiet. Staff is very kind and responsive to inquires, maintenance requests, ect. Bars, restaurants and farmers market within walking distance. Easy access to the highway
Well I'll put it like this this is the second time I've re-uped my lease and each time rent has gone up, they must be doing something right. This place has what I need and the staff is the best around they'll get business done all while being people you can hangout with this is a dope spot that keeps it poppin yeeeee
We have loved living here and so close to downtown. We feel very safe in our building, however the park across the road is a little sketchy at night, but not really something Metro Place can help. Management and maintenance have also been incredible. Any issues we have are always immediately handled. The free breakfast and coffee in the lobby every other Thursday from Blue Owl is a great perk too!
I like it here a lot. It’s very quiet and pet friendly. The hallways are cleaned almost every weekend! My only critique was how long it took for the fitness center to open, but it seemed like everyone worked hard towards it
Apartments are nice and new. Parking costs $50 a month which is insane. Need more amenities for the price. Have had no problems living here.
metroplace is an overall great place to live, especially if you work, go to cooley, or spend most of your time downtown. i would recommend to a friend.
So far living here is fine just the noise at night from the stairway is very aggravating and the slamming of doors but everything else overall is nice.
It was a great experience, friendly staff, quiet, and close to cool downtown adventures and restaurants! Loved walking around seeing the beautiful buildings
Building staff is awesome and the apartments are nice. I don't like that there's no covered parking available and there's a ton of homeless people who live at the park across the street. However, I always feel safe and the building staff makes sure of that.
