Metro Village Luxury Apartments

Positive things: Gate access, Friendly manager and maintenance guy, majority of tenants are hardworking individuals that mind their own business, you only share a sidewall with your neighbor, no one above you. Good pest control. Near 408. Fake reviews, all 5 stars in the same day, right! Negatives: Old apt. shows its age, fit and finish is horrible, cheap "upgrades that look good in pictures from far away". Old windows you can hear all the road noise all day and night. They want to charge a premium price while doing the bare minimum with maintenance and renovations. There is better looking interiors in the area for the same price, shop around.

These apartments are beautiful, in a great location, and very well maintained! The staff is also super friendly, especially Arvin, he's the best! I definitely recommend living here and visiting if you're in the market for a new apartment.

0 stars if I could. Horrible place, PLEASE save your money and time and walk right by here. No one knows what they're doing and management does not care about basic human decency, they moved me into an apartment with mold and an ac that kept breaking every week! Then want to charge me hundreds to leave this place that is UNLIVABLE with my newborn baby at the time! This place is a scam for the amount of rent they charge!

I've been living here at Metro Village going on 3 years. In the beginning I wasn't pleased. The manager and the maintenance man at that time were horrible and the community suffered because of it. Back then the apartments were priced alot less then what they are renting for now, but I like the area so that's why I have sucked it up for as long as I have. I can, however, say that this community is alot better now then it was even a year or two ago. They have gone through several managers in the last year or so, but the current manager and maintenance guy (Eugene) have really cleaned up well here. The landscape looks great and considering its one maintenance guy for 100 apartments, for the most part my maintenance issues get taken care of pretty quickly. Im on here because my lease is coming up and unfortunately my rent is going up a little bit so I wanted to see what their current prices are, and noticed that the community and staff are being called out, but this community is really nice now and its definitely worth looking into if your looking for a place to rent. Its quiet, its clean and in my opinion its not as bad as some of these reviews make it out to be.

having problems in your apartment, these guys have to sense of urgency. The maintenance guy does not not know how to fix anything he only does try and error. That short pot belly guy at the office can never be trusted. Be ware

The apartments appliances are so cheap and old that they are dented. Their is no business center.The breakfast concierge area in the office is a coffee maker and cheap candy. There was a shooting on the other side of the complex about 2 weeks ago (Contact Orange County Sheriff's Department). Look at the ceilings, check the stability of the stairs in the townhome. There is no laundry room or fitness room. The "playground" has been covered by yellow caution tape 3 weeks after it was put up.

Metro Village is a nice place to live. It is right near the FL 408 and you have access to many food eateries and shopping centers. Everything is pretty much a 3-5 minute drive. The maintenance crew is very reliable and the new office staff makes sure your account stays in the right! I like Metro Village!

I moved into this complex because the house I was renting was sold. It was very important that my daughter stay within the same school district. When I moved in the apartment manager (we have had four) told me they are in the process of upgrading the complex. The apartment was dirty when I moved in and when maintenance showed up(4 days later) he tried to tell me the painted over dirt and cupboards was no big deal. I showed him the dead maggots that were painted over in my cabinets. He went to the tool shed cut some boards, painted them crudely shoved them were the previous shelf had been. I have stopped asking for repairs because they are rarely completed. This complex has no laundry mat or fitness center no walk in closets. The "playground" that was put in about 2 months ago only worked 2 weeks and now has a yellow tape around it because it is falling apart. As a single disabled parent I tried to hang on because moving is so expensive ...but they raised my rent by $100.00 . I will not pay $900.00 per month for this train wreck. I am already on Apartment.com looking for my new apartment.
