Property Ratings at Metro Woodbridge
Smells like weed everywhere. No Maintenance or office onsite. Takes forever to get any assistance from management.
My boyfriend and I went to view the apartment and Marisol was on time, patient and very helpful. She made the experience a lovely one. She was also easy to reach and answered all our questions. She was friendly, professional and stayed in touch throughout the process. I would recommend this property. The apartments are nice and spacious.
I visited this property and was in love with it. Unfortunately I could not move there but Marisol the community manager was very pleasant and punctual for our appointment and the day I went to see the apartment the weather was horrible so i appreciated that. You will not be disappointed. This place is amazing and it’s near the trains and a daycare is nearby for those who commute.
I've been reaching out for over a month trying to give them my money for the deposit and they've yet to respond or answer my calls. I guess I should be grateful they are doing this to me now instead of when I'm living there and actually need something. Thanks guys...
Hi, I lived here for a year and couldn't wait to leave. There is no staff on site. Their office is 1hr away. Anytime you have a problem they either, a) do nothing, b) take forever and many followup calls to get the work done. I can't even begin to tell you how paper thin the walls are. You can hear everything here. Too many times I could here the neighbors blasting their music and even neighbors down the hall, I could hear their video games. Drove me crazy. So happy we got out of there. I highly don't recommend this place. Don't be fooled by how nice it looks like on the outside. Parking lot is full at nights. The halls are so dirty and a joke.
First and foremost, please read all the bad reviews, even the ones from years ago as they still hold true to this day. You will see that “The Woodbridge” apartment is available now, I am here to tell you that it is NOT. Jessica scheduled a showing with us yesterday but gave a time of “around 2 – 2:30pm” because she had a meeting before then. She also sent us the application before hand and told us she would need the deposit next week, in which we were prepared to do because we already liked what we saw in the pictures. We arrived promptly at 2:30pm and waited in the visitor’s lot. After waiting a half an hour, my boyfriend calls Jessica cellphone just to simply let her know we have arrived. What do you know, her cell phone is off, straight to voicemail. He called the office and no one in the office answers the phone, NO ONE. Finally after waiting an hour, my boyfriend sister call and guess what, someone picks up the phone! This has me to believe that now they are screening our calls. Jessica calls my boyfriend and tells him there was MISCOMMUNICATION as she told him she was going to call him after her meetings today. Does that makes sense? Also, she specifically told him the day before that the apartment will not be ready until June 9th. Well she changed her tune and told him that the apartment will now be available in SEPTEMBER and still tried to reschedule a showing. NO, I had to take off time from work just to sit in the visitors parking lot for over an hour. What an extreme inconvenience. If we can not get a simple phone call from the manager, imagine if something is wrong in your apartment. We should have definitely taken the previous reviews into consideration so we could have avoided this unprofessional manager. Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time.
I was supposed to meet Jessica at 1145am to see the apartment and this was a time she suggested. She does not show up and when I call, she gives me a different time and says she will call back. Needless to say she didn't call back which also means she is not interested in us renting the property. If this is the attitude before the property is rented, I can only wonder what it would be after renting it.
I cant tell you much about the insides of the apartment as we never made it that far. After arranging an appointment to go see the inside of an apartment a week out, Jessica was a no show. We drove over an hour to see the apartment and even let her know ahead of time we were coming. She didn't reply to a phone call nor our texts. This is not the way you do business. She lost two potential tenants. If we get ignored to look at the apartment I'd imagine the same trend would happen if we needed help if we were a tenant. From what I can tell you about the place is the location is hard to find because they use wooden street signs. It's around some good stores and is close to the Turnpike. Its hard to call it a complex since there's only two buildings with no room to build more.
Surprised to hear the negative comment above. In June, it will be 1 year that I have lived here. I live in building 2 on the 2nd floor. When I was shown my apartment by Jessica, she was very friendly, professional and on time with my appointments. I love my apartment and neighbors. For the most part it is quiet. There are a lot of young children and every now and than it can get loud but nothing unbearable. I haven't needed maintenance so I can't really comment on that. All in all, everything has been great for me and will be renewing for another year.
Apartment lead ring manager Jessica called me to come and see apartment and she confirm the appointment twice before our meeting and 1 hr prior to meeting but she never showed up and never called me back why she didn't showed up and never reply or picked up my phone call, I waited out side apartment 3hrs you cannt believe but I did and worst part is they don't have lessening or any kind of office onsite so just imaging if you decide to rent the property and you need emergency service what type of service you will get. I would definitely not recommend this even though how nice this apartment are.
