Adjacent to Rickenbacker International Airport on the outskirts of Columbus, Groveport is much more than a suburb. This dynamic city, which dates back to the early 1800s, is the location of several major employers, including Air Tahoma, FedEx, Amazon.com, VistaPrint, Eddie Bower, and several more. For those commuting into Downtown Columbus, I-270 is easily accessible for the 10-mile commute.
One of the area's earliest canal towns, Groveport predates the opening of the Ohio and Erie Canal in 1831. Back then, there were two towns: Wert's Grove and Rarey's Port. When the two towns merged, they combined their names into the one-of-a-kind "Groveport." After moving to your apartment in Groveport, be sure to learn more about your new hometown at the Groveport Heritage Museum.

Property Ratings at The Baylor
Amazing, I love my new neighbors, good place to live and a lot of rewards. Management is very nice and helpful with residents and future residents, keep it up!
My move in experience was great. Victor was very nice and professional. I love the apartment, it’s very cozy. The amenities are very nice. The gym is great also. I would highly recommend moving to this complex.
I have good neighbors. I love how close the gas station and stores are to my place. The highway being less than a minute away also helps. I like that there are other families in the complex too.
Beautiful community to live in & the managers are very helpful! This is much appreciated by my family! Whenever I need questions answered, I have received the support needed in a reasonable amount of time! The managers are always friendly & welcoming!!! I definitely recommend this beautiful community to others!
Apartment very nice ,neighborhood quiet ,rental office workers are very respectful.Neighbors are very respectful. Services when u move in are very nice . Move in process very quick.
This apartment complex is a joke! Kids knocking on your door and running, bouncing the ball on the stair way like it’s a basketball court. Dog poop all in the yard. Walls so thin you can hear everything from conversations to loud tv’s. And if you have someone living above you be prepared to hear all the loud walking, and running back and forth. Parking is ridiculous, no lighting outside after dark so be careful coming in at night. Valet trash hardly don't come but you pay $25 a month. Lastly they lower the rent for any and everybody to move in. So expect the summer to be off the hook. My suggestion is to do your research before moving anywhere.
It was a good experience. The staff is very nice and friendly. They have overall came when there is some maintenance needed. Seems like a nice community so far.
Parking situation isn’t good. Lots of trash on grounds and stairwells are always dirty. The rent is way overpriced. Seems to be a lot of turnover in the office and new owners
Amazing. I’m new to this city and moving to metropolitan houses it’s making it all better and easier. Love the convinience of having the freeway so close to me and plus all of your favorite stores within your reach
The people are awful! They’re rude and think they’re better than you and they don’t answer the phone!! There is so much trash everywhere and it stinks!
So far everything is good. The moving process was easy. The only bad part is that they don’t answer the phone and the apartment still had minor damages to it when moving in .
There was nothing clean in the apartment, the bathrooms were nasty and I had to clean both bathrooms before we could use them, Stains were all over the bathroom the hall way , brown stains on the Cabinets in the kitchen an, dead bugs all over the floor.
I love the apartment it’s beautiful!!!! There were couple things that needed fixed when I moved in but so far it’s quiet and move in was easy !!!
The trash compactor is never working , I can never enjoy my balcony because you put another trash out and bring bad smell to my apartment and flies
Peaceful and personal at the rental office always helps will recommend to my friends and family the only thing I don’t like is when I come late from work is hard to get a parking spot
Great experience walking through our new 3 bedroom home. It’s so nice and well built and designed for our family of four. We’re excited for the name change to The Baylor as well!
When I first got this apartment, everything was fine, but since the new management company has taken over communication, and all forms of resident attention has been pushed aside or ignored altogether. It has been 4 months since I left the apartment after they tried to raise the rates by $400 to go month to month or $200 with a new lease. When I signed my original lease I specifically asked about this and was told this would not happen. However, the new management company felt they could take advantage of people and raise the rent beyond practicality and now they are reducing their rates, see ad, because they put themselves in a situation where they don't have enough tenants. This is not speculation, it's observation. When I drive by this of complex any time day or night, because I still live in the area, there is a huge reduction of vehicles in their lots. Furthermore, I was advised that my security deposit would be returned within 30 days and I am still waiting. Yes 4 months later, still waiting. When I call to ask why the I only explanation is accounting is holding it up. That is not a reason, that's an excuse because of poor management and there is no urgency to remedy the situation. I rarely leave a bad review and it takes a lot for me to do so, but this company earned this one.
Super quiet and I love my neighbors! I have receive Amazon packages and nobody messes with them. My children are able to play in a safe environment. that means everything to me.
This complex is okay, nobody picks up anything outside. There is always trash on or under the stairwell, walls are thin, grass isn't kept up with very well.
I love my apartment and the area. The office area is very clean and the staff is great especially Dallas she's wonderful. She's been so helpful since the first time I walked onto these premises inquiring about an apartment here. It's convenient and I don't have a long commute to work. The landscaping is pretty and the grounds are well kept.
Overall nice community, however the new property management company upped the rent by at least $250 which makes it very overpriced. They also shorten the pool hours so it makes it harder for people that work first shift and may want to enjoy the pool after work.
I just moved in and I’m loving the area and apartments, it was cleaned thoroughly prior to move in area is pretty quiet will check out amenities soon !
I love the peaceful community and open floor plans. My apartment feels so homey with all of the natural light that comes in. The pool is so relaxing!!
I am going on year 2 of living here & have no compliments of my apartment community. It’s been amazing! They are always willing to help my needs & answer my questions. The pool & fitness center are great too!
Love sitting & enjoying the evening on my patio after a long day work. Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool during a hot day. Conversation with my friendly neighbors. We get together on weekends have game night or watching sport events on Tv. I really love the new management company.
It’s mostly quite the office staff are very nice . The pool hours are short but it’s fine. My son made a lot of friends out here. Dallas in the office is so sweet and understanding.
so far it’s a 9/10 no complaints but i don’t know where all these flys are coming from in the apartment. Other than the flys the apartment in amazing
I really like this place it's the best apartment in Columbus I'm so zen at ease in the apartments God bless this apartment and the place is so clean and well organized and so adorable ??
It’s exceptional. I love to be here for me. I think is most beautiful place to live in groveport ,and I recommend my friends and my people to come over here enjoy this space .
I have no problems what so ever. You guys are awesome. Always helpful and understanding. Very clean and quiet place to live. Neighbors are great as well.
I don't like how much trash is left by the compactors. Ther are also to many stray animals Ther can be a better more respectful line of communication between office managers and residents
I love living in this area. Its so convenient to all the places I need to go to on a regular basis. Always quiet in the neighborhood. The sirens don't even bother me. And my view from my balcony is always peaceful.
Quick valance apartment was nice but a closer look revel it was put together quickly and cheaply. The walls are super thin and the ceiling is cracking as well as the walls. The paint is terrible and the cost is not reflective of quality.
Property is kept clean. The units are very spacious, maintenance comes out in less than 24-hours when you call for service and lastly the neighbors are friendly.
Pretty good apartments. Everything is close. The only thing is the office lady’s really need to improve in their customer service. We have been here for a year and they’ve been charging us for insurance we paid at full price. They need to be a little more organized.
Great! I have lived here for almost one year. The apartment is brand new and everything has been awesome. I don’t have any complaints. The community has been friendly too.
This is probably the best community I have lived in. The property is very well kept. People are nice. It's very quite. And the management is very helpful and respectful.
The property management team cares. Drop ins or calls when I need assistance are responded to within 24 hrs. Makes me feel I am important to them.
Overall pretty good but trash was sometimes a problem because people do not use compactors correctly and noise levels can be high during the day and early evening.
The apartment complex is well taken care of. Management is super friendly and is fast to respond to any issues you have. Neighbors are super friendly and don’t have any issues.
I enjoy the area the apartment is in, there is lots of amenities near by (grocery stores, restaurants, library, auto stores, freeway access, parks, etc.) The people who live in the complex are nice it has a pool and a small gym, and the the apartments are nice themselves. Front office staff has a nice place for the residents convene, pool table, movie space, and there always willing to help you track down packages if it gets wrongly delivered
Overall good experience. Always been prompt about maintenance and have always had positive experiences with property management. Rent is a little high for my liking, however it is manageable.
Quick fixes if something breaks but communication isn’t always perfect but the people who work at the apt complex are very helpful so it always works out
It's been a pleasure ???? living here, it's been very quiet and no drama with the neighbors ?? the rent needs to come down I've only been here 10 and a half months and my rent is going up $65 .00
Everything has been great! Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. If we have had any issues that have been taken care of in the timely manner.
The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and perfect for someone who is renting for the first time! I love all the amenities and the location. I didn’t give 5 starts due to parking spaces, there is simply not enough spots some nights.
This is my second year as a resident and so far the only problem was that someone tried to steal my daughter’s car. I do like the layout of the apartment.
The dog poop on grounds is outrageous. They do a poor job of policing the policy. The trash valet service is a joke. It should not be mandatory and the can is tiny.
Algunas personas de la nueva administración no son muy amables y no se toman el tiempo suficiente para escuchar las necesidades del inquilino
I love my Met experience. I love my balcony. My 2 bathrooms are so convenient. My kitchen is close to my living room. It could be a little bigger but I enjoy it.
