Property Ratings at Metropolitan Marlton
I have been a resident at the Metropolitan Marlton since 2014 and will give the property a thumbs-up based on my experience of staying here. The staff (both administrative and maintenance) have been top notch in supporting the needs of the residents. The landscape of the property is also regularly groomed. My unit is adjacent to a tree-lined courtyard frequented by squirrels, bunnies, and birds. So, while I am close to modern conveniences (a variety of shops & major transportation routes), I am also not far from nature. All in all, a great place to stay and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home :)

Thank you for the five star review! We strive to ensure a great experience for all our residents!
I just moved in to Apt 203 and when I walked in it looked like the apartment was brand new. Fresh paint, new carpets, new appliances, new window shades, new bathroom. Absolutely fantastic. The manager, Pauline made me feel welcome and was obviously proud of her apartments.

Thank you for your kind review. We are happy that you are pleased with your new home!
While I just moved away, I lived at Metropolitan Marlton for 14mos, and I was very happy with my experience. As a single female and young professional, I wanted to feel safe, but be close to the highway and restaurants and other sources of entertainment. Metro Marlton gave me what I wanted! It has very easy access to 295 and is surrounded by restaurants. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, which is mostly families and is surrounded by schools. I really feel like you get a good and fair bang for your buck with this apartment. I found the neighbors to be friendly, often willing to hold conversations at the pool. Customer service here is top notch. While I did not require much interaction with the front office or maintenance, any question or concern I had was always answered promptly. Pauline, the property manager is among the best! I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
I’ve lived in the apartment for just under two months now and I can honestly say I am more than happy with how everything has turned out. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood with a beautiful pool. It is also extremely close to a variety of shops and restaurants that are within a short drive or walking distance. I myself love to walk around here. I’m also very pleased with the apartments themselves. I live in a spacious upstairs apartment with an eat-in kitchen, tons of closets, and a huge bedroom. I love that I have so much room to entertain on the weekends. I also enjoy sitting outside on my balcony that overlooks woods, a pond, and deer. I would highly recommend coming here for a tour of the sample apartment. It is very accurate. The property manager, Pauline is absolutely fantastic! She will do whatever she can to answer your questions and help you through the process of becoming approved. She gave me detailed and accurate information and was always around to help. She was one of the many reasons why I chose to live here at the Metropolitan Marlton Apartments!
I moved into the Metropolitan Marlton about a year and a half ago. I was going through a divorce, and having to juggle quite a bit. If it hadn't been for the AMAZING staff and convience of location at Metropolitan, I don't know what I would have done. The apartment was exactly what I needed - affordable living in a town with a fantastic school system that was so close to everything (I could easily get to my job in Center City or our family shore house, and everything in between). The rooms are very spacious, appliances new and clean, TONS of storage room, grounds well kept... It quite literally was perfect for me. All that being said, the best thing about Metropolitan is the staff. They are accommodating, helpful, responsive and truly care about their residents. Amanda quickly feels like a friend you've known for years, and all of the maintenance crew are polite and very quick to respond to any issue (I kid you not one of them actually came in to help me plug my toaster in - they literally will do everything in their power to help in any way). Can't say enough about what a wonderful place this is - for just about anyone! Thank you Team Metropolitan - you are wonderful!!!!
I live at Metropolitan for over 10 years, after a bad divorce and a huge surgery that I almost lost my life . Marlton Meadows that now changed their name to Metropolitan, always remember all of us on special occasions. They are awesome. Sometimes I would like to move and get my own place, but the convenience, service, maintenance and price is just right . I recommend to anyone that are looking for a perfect place. Sincerely, Martha Karpin
The Metropolitan in Marlton is hands down the best apartment complex if you are looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, up-to-date place to live with a community feel. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Marlton, The Metropolitan staff members know their residents very well, maintain friendly relationships with them and communicate with them often, which provides the at-home, community feel. You aren't just an apartment number at The Metropolitan. When I got married, my husband and I received a wedding card from them! What other complex makes that kind of effort to get to know their residents or are thoughtful and caring enough to do that?!?!? The staff members here go above and beyond to be supportive, helpful, and always available whenever you need (which cannot be said for many other complexes in the area). You can swing by the office or give Amanda a call whenever, and she helps you immediately! IMMEDIATELY! You can't get that kind of service anywhere else. There are open and clear lines of communication, which really helps keep all of the residents on the same page with information. The Metropolitan even sends out monthly e-mails/newsletters to let you know about community events! I would have missed some really cool things if it wasn't for those e-mails! The staff is truly incredible, and I could not sing their praises more! The grounds are immaculate, the pool area is large and clean (I used to work at a pool so I am especially aware of how to tell if one is correctly maintained or not), and all of the apartments are always updated with the newest, most modern appliances and equipment. The Metropolitan has a great working relationship with local vendors such as Comcast, and I find that we are treated better than other customers in this area by these vendors as a professional courtesy to The Metropolitan. Also, The Metropolitan is near EVERYTHING! It is conveniently located 5 minutes from 295, 20 minutes from Philadelphia, 45 minutes from the shore, and within ten minutes of every store or restaurant you could possibly want! With its perfect location, its quality apartments and equipment, and its staff who feel like family, there is no better place to live!
