I’ve lived at the Mews in Annandale since January 2024 and I have had a wonderful experience. The leasing office Diana and Brandy are always there to help, Scott and Brian in maintenance are absolutely fantastic, I never have to wait for any small issue to be fixed! The community is clean and quiet.

We love our community! We’ve been living here for almost 2 years now with no plan of moving anytime soon. Management/the leasing office has been consistently helpful whether it be a question we have or taking a suggestion to improve our community. The maintenance staff is very responsive and they take pride in educating and involving the residents when it comes to the not so simple fixes that may come up. We are also grateful to have access to the gym/fitness equipment, community bikes, walking trails, and playgrounds. Add all of this with the events regularly held, the Mews offers an unmatched sense of community that we wouldn’t trade. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to making the place that we live someplace to call home!

Im new to the community but so far everything has been great! The office has been extremely helpful and maintenance came right over when needed!

I like that it is clean, quiet. It is not crowded with cars. I like the greenery in many trees, that it is a hidden complex, I also like that it is accessible for bicycles, but there are few bicycle tracks and that is bad.

The staffers are attentive and Uber respectful of tenant needs, and the grounds are clean and well maintained. There is no luxury at this community, but the people who work here make up for all of that. A very mindful community.

I'm still getting settled in, but very happy so far! The complex is very quaint and the townhome layouts are really appealing. I'm very happy with my decision to move to the Annandale Mews.

There needs to be some maintenance improvements, including brighter lights and better floors. I am unable to open my windows due to the way they were built.

I have just resigned my lease for the second year and I love living in this community. My dogs happiness is first and foremost for me and there is so much for my dogs to do, from walking areas, to the dog park, and a stream for them to swim in.

We are here for our second tyear and we absolutely love it. Our dogs love swimming in the stream and practically drag us to walk the walking trail. If they are happy then we are happy!

Quite neighborhood and lots of amenities. Excellent staff and maintenance. Enjoyable neighbors and pets. Great place to start a family or retire too.

Every issue we've had since moving in has been resolved. The Mews team is responsive and on top of maintenance around the property to keep it safe and well mannered. Living here is peaceful. The neighbors are friendly. Great place to take walks and do different activities on each corner of a block.

We like living here for the past 4 1/2 years. It’s a relatively quiet community, we enjoy being able to take nice walks and all of the natural light that comes in through the large windows. It’s great that it is a pet friendly community and it’s cute to see the dogs playing together in the dog park!

Moving was easy and fast. Never thought moving into a new place was so easy and quick. The place is really nice. Dog friendly, extremely quiet. You literally feel like you are in your ow home. I thank the management for treating us greatly and with finesse. It was great entry experience into a new place that I will forever be thankful for.

I am so pleased with my decision to have moved here! Brandi was super helpful to me with all my questions prior to move in. Brian has been so helpful with my maintenance requests also. The location is excellent having very close access to 78. Highly recommend!

I moved to The Mews at Annandale in 2017 and I just renewed my lease for a seventh year. My 2BR is spacious (1,200 square feet) and it gets a lot of sunlight. Unlike many other apartments and townhomes, I cannot hear my neighbors conversations or TV through the walls. But the best thing about the Mews is the management and maintenance team. Diana and Brandi really go out of their way to work with residents who have special needs, and Scott and Brian are very efficient at fixing anything that breaks or needs attention. Diana organizes a lot of community events, and although I do not generally have time to go, I think is very nice that she does that. Five stars!

I have had so much positive interactions with the office staff. They are the very helpful and understanding. The whole complex is so nice , they keep it clean.

For the most part it’s lovely living here. The residents are friendly and I always feel very safe here. Being from a big city, the bugs are a little scary!

I've lived at The Mews for thirteen years and never had a complaint. They manage the place real well. The dogs are cute and some are funny one gets pulled around in a wagon lol. Spoiled little fellow. Neighbors look out for one another and offer help to each other. My grandkids love going to the park here. The office is always friendly and ask if you need anything. The maintenance team are considerate of your privacy and do their best job. I'm very happy living here and don't plan on moving.

Have had no issues with the community. Maintenance when needed is super quick and responsive. Our dog loves the dog ammentities ! Everything is very quiet. Can’t hear anyone next to us and that was very important when looking for a rental

This is a lovely community. The grounds are very well kept. The people who live here are friendly. The office puts together events like movie night for us to meet and chat. There are ammenities for you to do like bike ride and the gym. The maintence department is beyond great. My only wish is for a pool. Barbara Peterson
