Mezzo Design Lofts

Mezzo is a clean, safe, and attractive building. The management and maintenance respond quickly and seem to care about the residence. I particularly like the location to the city because it is close to everything with a more suburban vibe. You can be in the heart of Boston in less than 15 mins. I wish it was more affordable, but Boston prices are crazy most everywhere. My only complaint is that ling term residents do not receive large increases after leases end. Other than that I am very happy in my home.

The building is so cool. It has alot of space and the apartments are beautiful. The area is quiet and well kept. I love the sounds of the trains and the sounds of the cars passing by on the highway.

Mezzo lofts have the most fantastic staff. They are very friendly and care for their residents. I recommend anyone to join our family, also great location!

The staff at the leasing office are kind and very helpful, making the move-in process smooth. However, I wish I had known earlier about the parking building outside, which would have made moving furniture directly from the garage to the 3rd floor much easier. Additionally, having a larger cart available in the building would greatly help with moving items. Overall, a good experience, but these improvements would make it even better.

The apartment complex is ver well maintained and offers a lot of amenities, from gym over a barbecue place to a coworking space. The move in was easy and uncomplicated. The apartment itself is neat, with tall ceilings, plenty of space, and good natural light.

I been having a great residential experience lots of fun. Always great to use the courtyard for fresh air and the community room is nice and spacious.

Living here been fine. I can’t say it’s always been great. The staff here are great and easy to get along with. I love the gym it’s always clean

Great environment, everyone I’ve met so far is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet, which I enjoy. Apartment is very spacious and it was clean when I received it, which is not always a given.

I've recently signed my 3rd lease. I was very excited that I chose to stay. Mezzo is the chosen one for me when it comes to all the employees at Mezzo and the location and everything else Mezzo has to offer. Everything but great experiences.

We loved our 4 years living at Mezzo! The location was perfect for us, it couldn't be any closer to the orange line T, and the fact that it was so dog friendly was awesome. Price was reasonable compared to other luxury Boston buildings as well. Thanks for everything.

it's a well kept building in a safe area. managers amd maintenance team all seem to care and handle issues efficiently. some neighbors cam be a little loud from time to tome bit it's city living.. .my only real complain is the high prices sometimes increase in big jumps. but I like the buding..feel safe..and like the area and will stay as long as I cam afford it.

Great space and I enjoy the building so much. The areas is great , alots of stores and food places around the area. I also enjoy the scenery !!

Been living here for about a year, it is a decent place with nice amenities. I do wish they had a coffee bar like other apartments offer. Overall, nice neighborhood.

I've been a very happy resident at Mezzo! All of my maintenance requests get responded to very quickly, and I really like the new improvements and renovations of the interior.

The experience is always great and the environment is great peaceful.The community has great energy with everyday that goes by. Great community.

Great building! Well maintained and quick to fix any issues that come up. I also love the soundproofing, building gym, and community events. I highly recommend the building!

I've experienced nothing but the best here at Mezzo lofts. This is the best place I've stayed with all the amenities and beautiful sights here in the area. The staff are awesome, friendly, smiling and always a helping hand. I will be renewing my lease once again!

Very nice people and neighbors. The leasing office people are great, they were able to answer question's and assist immediately. Easy to talk too

Mezzo is located in a great part of town that is in a safe residential area but close to all the main roads to take you in and out of the city with ease. The units are beautiful and the staff is nice. Lots of pets!

The apartment is great, it feels really safe to live in this quiet area.I enjoy the gym and the courtyard to get some air when needed.The feeling is always fun when I leave my apartment.

The apartment building is maintained and the maintenance requests are fixed fast. The windows are huge which brings a lot of light. Neighbors are friendly.

I just moved in, the office people are all very kind. They are helpful with questions. It is very nice that Mezzo Design has package storage room. I really liked the high ceiling apartment.

The experience is great lots of fun and lots of things to do when it’s sun outside. The overall experience is wonderful and I Enjoy being a resident.

I have lived at Mezzo for a few years now and there are many aspects to why I love calling this my home. The building is conveniently located off the exit, you can simply pop on the highway and get to the city in 10 mins. The building does a great job maintaining the yard out front. In the spring and summer there are always pretty flowers to bring a smile to your face. The only issues that I have had while living here, the current management team was very helpful and rectified things quickly. If you are young professional, a student, a pet lover, or just like a funky space with a lot of light Mezzo is a great option for you!

Great community, excellent maintenance staff, and innovative apartment layouts. Getting a parking garage and quick access to public transit is a plus as well. Happy to call this my home!

Love living here. Management is quick and efficient when responding to maintenance issues and the building is well taken care of. There are lots of community engagements that make living here special.

Love living at Mezzo. It is safe, clean, and convenient. And steps to the T! This is a great location for people commuting into Boston. You are also close to assembly row which offers crucial stores.

Great apartments for the price. Groundskeeping staff is attentive and strives to keep the surrounding area clean. Package delivery room could use some work as drivers tend to just leave things in a pile.

My experience so far is great. I like the place and the people. very convenient location , close to Sullivan station. people at the office( Molly, Kellie and Courtney) are amazing. big shout to the maintenance team( Alex and Kevin).... the cleaning lady is a sweet heart.

Nice service, friendly staff. The sfatt were always quick to resolve any issues I had and made me feel like a valued tenant. However, the management wasn't as impressive. While they were professional and handled things efficiently, I didn't feel like they went out of their way to address any concerns or make improvements to the complex.

MEZZO DESIGN LOFTS, Most of the residents are kind and friendly. my community is great!! We are near an amazing shopping mall, Assembly Row. We are close to public transportation. Overall, I Enjoy living here at the Mezzo.

Everything I experienced from start to finish was professional! I was met with kindness, and genuine concern for my move. All the details of what I needed taken care of or communicated effectively and promptly! The managers made me excited to be here. This community is in a great location. I can reach shopping transportation and a few recreation areas within walking distance. The neighbors I have met have all been soo kind!

I feel that Mezzo is a fantastic place to live, but it is certainly expensive. That would be my only hindrance on recommending it to other people in my community.

Courtney, Amina, Alex and Edson are some of the nicest people and take great care of the property. Alex and Edson are amazing when it comes to issues with the apartment. From small things such as fixing a door to bigger things as broken heat they are quick to respond and always very polite. Courtney and Amina are always willing to sit down for a chat or to say hi and throw an event at least once a month to allow you to get to know some of your neighbors. Great apartment.

Mezzo is a great location and has all the ammenties needed. The flexible lease options are also a plus and will be recommending Mezzo to someone I know who is looking for a 6 month lease.

I do love living here, but it's really expensive. It's also not ideal for working from home (not a ton of privacy)

I would absolutely recommend. Great location for T and transportation is easy to get around.

21 minutes agoNEW-Edit This is a review in which you want to TRY to leave a good review and hope things get better but it never did. Management and ladies in the office are pretty cool. However the experience was less than I desired. You will get consistent: fire alarms (had 9 thus far), drilling, and construction, window washing beeping, If you are a WFH person not sure this is the place with all the construction. Fitness Center limitations (Mass Rules) I had a water Leak into hallway, required complete destruction of my shower wall while working from home for a couple weeks. Also my sink in the bathroom that connected to the neighbors bathroom clogged up due to 'years of usage?'. Also required maintenance for both rooms. Hallways smell of litter/dog poop. I did enjoy that the building is made of concrete so you can't hear anything outside of your room except loud drilling and construction. That was cool

The apartments are awesome, and the location is great, as long as you don’t care about noise.

Once you start comparing similar-priced apartments, you'll see you won't get your money's worth at Mezzo. The building has a garage that doesn't always open on the first few tries driving back and forth to the sensor - even after a new system was installed. Despite the package locker system they advertise, your items can be left in the hall, in the loading dock or outside the building. And you'll walk past overflowing trash bins in the garage and outside the building on a regular basis. Even after meeting with management about these issues in February, they have not been resolved at the time of writing this. It should not be the residents' job to police and report communal problems affecting the building. However, after two first-rate staff members left their positions here, that has become the norm. The deal breaker for me was a serious lapse in communication following reports of a resident running down the halls with a potentially dangerous weapon in the middle of the night. Despite repeated requests to Lincoln Property Company's local and regional management for reassurance of our safety, they argued that it was not their responsibility to send out any apartment-wide messages per their privacy policy. They maintained that perspective even after emergency personnel were stationed in the parking lot the following day and police were on the property again the next week. Their response that they followed "normal protocols" felt like they were more interested in protecting the company than protecting us. Mezzo advertises itself as a "community you can call home," but while you're here, you'll learn it's best to butter up to management and humor gossiping about residents. Don't bat an eye when they complain about hosting resident events and tell you that tenants should think of better ideas. The location is convenient for public transit, but is in a constant work-in-progress state and overwhelmed by the sounds of traffic and trains passing through. As is their MO based on phone calls and back-and-forths over email, they'll insist that proper steps have been taken to ensure residents' wellbeing. They'll deny claims of unhelpful and unfriendly management. My efforts working with Mezzo to try to improve our experience have been met with false promises, denial and poor leadership, which doesn't instill confidence in me that they'll fix these or future residents' concerns.

Good location, nice building/facilities and easy to work with property management company.
