Mezzo Kirby Med Center

I love the location for where it is in proximity to everything but it’s a little scary outside of the gated community at times. the amenities always seem to be broken though. Love the parking garage

This house is impressively clean and very comfortable to live in. The well-designed layout makes it feel cozy yet spacious, and everything is kept in great condition. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with easy access to shops and transportation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free living experience.

I love living here. Literally no complaints. You never hear any noise, i do not live with roaches, there is always parking. You can tell the other residents here take pride in their living environment.

Office staff is kind and friendly with questions my wife has. Maintenance team is all was on point with any request we have for them. The portal is so easy to use. Will refer for sure

The place is beautiful and the neighbors are very nice. The place is very clean and well kept I really liked the pool and the gym, very clean and spacious.

there are a lot of really great things about mezzo kirby med center and some not so great things. My favorite thing would have to be my location there is so much around the area that I never have to go more than 10 minutes to get anything that I need. What I dislike about the place everything is always broken such as garage is and other amenities that they offer.

I have been living for two years. It is a great community, especially for people working in TMC. Things can be better if the facilities like elevator can be fixed quicklier.

It's difficult to comment. My neighbor upstairs often stomp on the wood floor in the mid night or at the 2~4 o'clock in the early morning. This always make me wake up. I don't understand why this happens, and I just want to enjoy a good sleep. The upstairs neighbor also jump on the floor heavily in the night if I use dish washer during the day. Both the dish washer and laundry machine are originally equipped with my apartment, and I also use them in the normal way. I have already communicated this problem with the leasing office. I hope this problem can be solved. Other parts are good with the community by now.

overall good experience living in mezzo kirby. it definitely helps that this is a new building, good amenities, no roach problems. maintenance services are not great though and can be improved

The move in process are smooth, and the leasing office, especially Yailyn Gonzales is very responsible. The environment seems nice and clean.

Garage doors are always breaking/coming off the chains, cobwebs everywhere, door locks around property work when they want, I’ve gotten stuck in the courtyard multiple times because the doors doesn’t unlock, you have to press the clicker for front gate and garage about 20 times just to get in, the hallways never get vacuumed, pool was dark green nasty on Labor Day... I could go on and on. I can’t wait to move.

This is a really good apartment complex. Over the past 6 years I moved 6-7 times. This apartment is different and I feel like it is a home. Some important points: - Location close to Medical center, there is a few buses to get to medical center. - This is pest free place. - Maintenance are kind and respectful. They take care of service request in a timely manner (most of the time). - Minimum sound from the neighbors upstairs or the ones we share walls. - A descent sized park for pets. - Parking garage with lots of spaces. I recommend this place to live.

So far is good, no problems. Things get fixed when needed to and the residents are chill.

The entire leasing experience was so seamless as my daughter and I did a self-tour of the property at the last minute. The apartment layout is just want I needed and the location is absolutely perfect. The leasing agent was extremely helpful, friendly, kind and accommodating. She was great! I do not move in until Dec but the experience has been great so far!

I have a lot of great things to say about mezzo Kirby med center. The location is wonderful, the staff and maintenance team are all great, and I do feel very safe living here. The amenities are average but good enough for me!

Mezzo Kirby is a good community with great location near Med Center! You can find everything just around a corner from this apartment complex.

Great place to live that feels safe and it is easy to get to other necessities like grocery stores, resturaunts, etc. I enjoy the gym, and the pool- however it often appears the pool could use more frequent cleaning. The rest of the apartment is updated and clean.

I have loved living at Mezzo since 2019. The maintenance staff is prompt, I feel safe, and the amenities are well maintained. Proximity to the Med Center, groceries, NRG stadium, and shopping is very convenient.

The leasing team is the best I have seen in my 22 yrs living in various apartments. Courtesy, empathy and leadership is the hall mark of this team. Would highly recommend for families and friends , safe and dog friendly

I have lived in here for 3 years. It was a great place to live, But everything changed after Grey Star took over and became the management company of this place. Mezzo Kirby is the new name. We found some area of the wall and ceiling went moldy and moisture around the AC vents. Obviously that's something wrong with the AC so that the AC couldn't bring the humidity down to normal caused the issue. Bur what they did was not helping, they sent people over only cleaned the wall and ceiling with bleach. when I mentioned there should be more that needs to be cleaned in side of the AV vent, what their response is that they have done everything they could do and any deeper cleaning should be on my own. Finally I have to pay to clean it up by myself to ensure the living condition. And I had to bare the high humidity for the last few months even I turned the Bathroom and kitchen vents on all the time and open the window frequently, because they were not able to find and solve the problem of the AC with their own team even if I sent the maintain request many times. I thought the headache should be end until I made it through the move out. Surprise!!! They are changing me for the whole floor replacement because of scratches. We don't have any pets, it just 2 adults and a baby born last year living in this place. To me, the scratches are just normal wear and tear under regular living-circle activity of 3years leasing. And I only got the message of this charging when I came back to their office asking about the final walkthrough and deposit. No email, no phone call informed me before that. And the only proper explanation for the charging I got are few pictures showing the light scratches on the ground. What a horrible place I lived, what a unreliable team they have, what a ridiculous customer service they provided. this is my terrible experience about this place.

The apartments are great. The leasing office is not so great. The staff is not so kind and often doesn't help resolve issues. Each summer I've had cockroaches in my apartment, though I keep everything clean. They do answer with pest control but the community amenities are often not very clean.

Never regret that I listened to my friend , who is also a resident in Mezzo Kirby . To those who are looking for a place to stay in Houston, look no more. This place is my home away from home..

Living here is amazing. Good position for who work at a Medcenter. The area is quite and the stuff is very kind. Good ratio quality/prize. I really recommend it.

Mezzo Kirby Med Center is a great place to live! The location is convenient because you have multiple avenues to get to the highway without driving too far and it’s a generally safe area. The staff at Mezzo Kirby are both approachable and responsive and the amenities are great. The place seems to have a little bit of everything!

This apartment is very quiet and safe, wonderful aminities and great location! They approved the application in 1 business day and we could move in the same weekend.

I moved to these apartment building about 2 years ago due to me about to start nursing school. Throughout my 2 years of nursing school mezzo kirby has the perfect environment for me as a nursing student! I was able to dedicate to my studies and peace and quiet and whenever I needed a new place of scenery I would study in the lounge area or the study room located on the 1st floor near the leasing office. The amenities such as the gym and pool area are always a great place to help me relieve stress. So if you are a nursing or medical student I would highly recommend living here!

I have been a resident for over 2 years now and have enjoyed living here. The staff is great and maintenance is quick to be there for all my needs. I have had some neighbors that have been frustrating to share floors with but I guess that was just my luck. The kids would treat the hallways like a playground and one time they thought it was funny to scare my dog and I as we got off the elevator. I was livid! It was actually pretty frustrating that I ended up staying at my apartment less and less as time passed until we stayed there as little as none to a couple of days a month. I ended up removing my dog from the lease towards the end but wish I had done it sooner because I pretty much paid for him to live there when he was only there probably a few days this last year. I’m not sure why the coffee machine was removed from the club room but that was nice when I had access to it with my unconventional work schedule. Other than that I love everything else about it here. With all the problems I’ve had it was not something Mezzo could have helped with. It was more of a letdown these neighbors would allow their children to do these things and have no respect for their neighbors.

Building is in good conditions. Apartments are new and super nice. Amenities are great. Staff is nice and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

My first year here has been amazing. The managers are always helpful and the maintenance staff are very kind. Love the amenities as well! Thinking about renewing our lease for sure!

Excellent location for getting to the med center. Maintenance turnaround is great and friendly. Food trucks every week are a bonus and convenient. Recent addition of the app enabled entrance and two way gate made traffic much better. Great for medical center workers!

I’ve been here for a little over a year and I can honestly say it’s a lovely place to live. The apartments are spacious and quiet (a plus for me). It has a nice pool and gym. Neither were ever crowded. I also like the fact that it has a parcel room where your boxes get safely delivered.

Been living at the facility since July, they always have great community events and do stuff for the residents. Haven’t had any issues great place to stay

I’ve been living here since 2020 and I absolutely love it. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance team everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Safe to say I’ve renewed my lease yet again.

One stand-out aspect from my time at Mezzo Kirby Med Center has been the responsiveness of management to resident requests and feedback. When we originally moved in, the entry gate and exit gates were one-directional, but the exit gate location required residents to take several side streets to redirect towards the medical center. Based on feedback from the residents, management installed a second gate and remapped the front area so as to not lose parking, allowing for significantly improved commute. It was very refreshing to see a property management team work with the residents to make building changes that benefit the community.

Resident of 3+ years. Great amenities, easy leasing and lease transfer processes. Short commute to the medical center. Apartment quality is excellent for the offered rates. Some residents with dogs allow their pets to relieve in common areas and often to not clean after themselves. Otherwise no other major complaints.

Mezzo Kirby Med Center are great apartments. Great location, great staff, and great neighbors as well. I’ve had no complaints since being here. It has a really nice dog park in a parking garage I would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been here for going on 3 years. I do enjoy living here for the location and I do think it’s pretty safe which is important to me. There are a few things that could be improved but overall it’s livable, nice amenities, and the floor plans are nice. I will most likely be renewing my lease.
