Property Ratings at Miami Bluffs Apartments
We lived here for 4 years. Any problems or concerns were addressed quickly, and we actually got our security deposit back. This is not something you see every day. The area is good, lots of restaurants nearby, and Cox within walking distance. However, some neighbors were not considerate, and the noise of Springboro Pike kept us awake on many a night. For what they charge and what they offer, this apartment is worth the price. Property Manager is a wonderful person to talk to and quickly addresses all concerns. The only reasons it is getting 4 stars are the noise, and the ability to do laundry in some buildings. One of the machines was always broken, and it cost more to do laundry at the building than to go down the street to the laundromat.
My apartment makes me feel so safe. Secure building and my neighbors we look out for each other, doesnt matter what ethnic background we treat everyone as equal. But obviously cost of living is going up and pay stays the same. I have student loans that is bringing me to only scrap by. If i didnt have to worry about rent i wouldn't be depressed and worrying about how to pay a bill. Please help, i have no family of my own, no relationship and its because i cant afford to leave my apartment. Ive been so depressed lately i dont know what to do.
