Cuando tú vas a la oficina y pregunta por disponibilidad para rentar las muchachas que están hay son unas malas personas te atienden con una actitud como si uno fuera menos que ellas. No te dan razón de nada ni para cuando hay disponibilidad yo sé que a nadie le importa la vida de otros pero hay persona como yo con hijos que estamos buscando vivienda para poder darle un hogar a nuestros hijos porque la renta ahora está por las nubes y está muchas lo único que hacen es darte actitud y tratarte mal y aquí dice que van a estar disponibles Soon

It's actually ridiculous how people have been waiting for these apartments for almost a year! No one from the leasing office has called. Even if the person wasn’t approved, they should have the decency to call the person to inform them. The workers for this company have no respect for others and especially zero customer service. They only bring in ghetto people and especially from their inner circle.

I love the new apartments and the appliances as well

Every time I call the leasing office I feel like they don’t wanna give no information. Almost like they don’t want you to move in. One min they have units available the next they don’t.

No se que pensar uno llama y no dan ninguna información no entiendo que les pasa llame a las oficinas principales y me dijeron que ellos ya saben y tienen las lista y no te dan inf de cómo va el status de la aplicación

Leasing staff give little or no information over the phone or in person. Everything is very confusing. My daughter took time off from work to visit the leasing office and left with no information and no application. She is trying to find a place for me, her mom. It is sad to know how people in the service area are not really interested in helping others. They told us that there were no one bedroom apartments available and the website states they are available now. ?????

This property doesn’t allow pets. It is not written anywhere on the listing but after a long visit to the office they last minute let us know no pets allowed not even emotional support.

These apartments are for senior citizen but it’s not mention nowhere on the WEBSITE! I even called and the lady didn’t say it was a senior citizen place. I traveled 35 minutes just to be turned around because I was not a senior. I wonder how many times this has happened

These apartments are for seniors however it is not stated on the website nor when I called over the phone did the lady mention it. Once making a long commute to the office I was informed of this.
