Property Ratings at Miami Station
Nasty and rude management, put out old tenants just to overcharge the new ones
The photos apparently look good, but the building is poorly maintained (marketing strategy), precarious condition. Visit the site and think twice before making any decisions. The apartments smell terrible no matter what, and the humidity can be felt as soon as you enter the unit. They only do a little makeup, but the apartments' conditions leave a lot to be desired; dirty walls and windows, accumulated grimy between the window rails (as if they had never been cleaned), dirty floors with some parts lifting, minimal ventilation, bathrooms without extractor fans, external corridors with minimal or no light, and most crucially, very little professionalism, perhaps none, in dealing with customers.
