Living here has been great so far! You rarely hear your neighbors due to concrete flooring and thick walls. A lot of good food places are walking distance or a very short drive away! Plus bars all around! Leasing staff is extremely helpful with whatever you need. Highly recommend giving this place a shot!
Love the community.My only issue is that the elevator has been down for a month.With no updates regarding repairs.

I just want to say that MidMain is one of the jewels in the whole Midtown area. From location with many dining, nightlife and cultural venues to rail convenience and proximity to HCC and other nearby institutions along with it's superior design and parking amenities, I think it far outpaces it's suburban counterparts.
I love the place, super clean, nice and comfortable! It’s just the place that I’m was looking for, and excellent costumer’s service they very attentive.
I just recently move to MidMain lofts, the apartment is amazing, everything is kind of new there and the maintenance is really good. Also the amenities of the complex make it quite enjoyable:)
Having lived in the neighborhood for a year, I've enjoyed the vibrant social scene with its great bars and restaurants just steps away. The proximity to lively spots makes it easy to connect with friends and unwind. However, the growing homeless population around the train station near the building has been a noticeable downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Nothing works in the building from security systems to elevators. Management says they are working on it, but it’s been more than 6 months. Ridden with filth and cockroaches with no exterminators. Absolutely the worst place to rent in Houston DO NOT waste your time and money.

I think MidMain is the best, most convenient community in the Midtown area and the staff always are very helpful whenever I have questions. I recently renewed my lease and would do so for more than a year at a time were it possible.

Bad roach infestation!!!!!!!!! The apartments look nice but it will never be nice enough to be okay with having a heavy infestation. It was actually roach infested upon move in. And I had witnesses with me. There is a huge construction/architectural issue with many holes in the floor and the walls not fully connecting to the floor. I reported this pest issue twice and have been told two times that no other units have ever had this problem but yet I see two reviews on here complaining about roaches as well. So I pretty much was lied to. The location of the building is also pretty confusing for deliveries as it’s on a very narrow single lane street shared with train tracks, so cars typically can’t stop in front of the building and have to go around to the back most times (which is where drivers get confused). There are no access codes, only resident key fobs, so you’ll have to go downstairs for all deliveries and for your guests (as they can’t use the elevators or meter the building without a key fob). But yeah, the roaches is the MAIN issue.

Mid Main offers a great location for my purposes. The maintenance and office team are top-rate. There seems to be very convenient amenities including restaurants and shops, the train and walkability. The neighbors seem great and there is a more urban feel than most suburban areas though those areas are very close. I'm happy to recommend Mid Main to people interested in this area.
Mid Main Lofts, though a good location in proximity to restaurants and the metro rail, is a difficult place to live at if you plan on having guests over or expect responses to emails to management.
Do not live here. The apartments are infested with cockroaches (the small ones which means the walls are full of them), if you report it they will claim they are unaware of the cockroaches for "your apartment" which means they didn't have to let you know beforehand/get you onto their weekly spray schedule (which means someone comes to your home once a week to spray chemicals). I lived here for a month, within the first two weeks I killed 3 cockroaches a day and even had them crawling on me at night. I reported it and asked to break my lease within the first two weeks. They told me I had to give them 60 days notice + a break fee, which meant I paid over $5,000 to not live in their cockroach trash heap of a building.

I don’t suggest anyone to move here unless they don’t care to sleep. Between the noise from the street and the AC I can barely get a quite moment with myself let alone fall sleep
I have had a great experience living at Mid Main. The location is convenient and the staff and maintenance have been very helpful.

Staff is very rude. They will harass you unfoundedly about your pets. This place is NOT pet friendly. I only used the apt. a few days a month and yet I got complaints about my dogs barking on dates that we were not even there. They will no listen to reason or accept proof and will ban you pets. For the price, go somewhere else.
Mid-Main apartments is located in a highly convenient area. There are several very good restaurants and bars located just downstairs, and lots of others in walking distance (3-5 minutes). Management is very friendly and highly attentive to resident needs. All amenities, including the pool and the gym, business centers, etc. are open 24 hours a day. Nice industrial feel to the units and the A/C is very effective. I have not experienced any disturbances from the neighbors and the community is clean/well-maintained. Highly recommend!
Mid Main Lofts has been great thus far! I’ve been a resident for a month now and i have a good feeling about this community. The staff is amazing and very friendly. And the location is very convenient to get out and have fun!
Great apartment complex. Multiple great restaurants within a minute of walk. Metro rail station by the complex. Great admin people. I live in a studio. which is well planned and maintained. I am happy here.
If you are looking for a city experience with surrounding things always going on, Mid Main Lofts if definitely for you! The place is awesome and Kristi and the office crew are the best at customer service. I recommend Mid Main Lofts to anyone wanting a community feel right in the middle of Midtown.
Mid Main is in a great neighborhood and a fantastic choice for living close to the light rail. The staff has an excellent demeanor and are quick to respond to most issues.
I have lived here for over 6 months and I still love this complex. The office management and staff is professional, kind and accommodating. Maintenance is wonderful. Deliveries and packages are easily navigated. Apartments themselves are great. Neighbors are wonderful. Dog park great and adds security for dog owners not having to be on the street level late at night. Would 100% recommend.
Love living here. It's convenient to work and so many places withing walking distance for dining and entertainment.
The management, the maintenance, the community amenities - amazing. However, my issue is with how poorly the building was constructed. Walls are very thin and even for efficiency units - that's not a good experience. The elevator by leasing office never works because it's exposed to rain and other unfavorable weather conditions or often vandalized. It's also ridiculous that we have to pay for parking for additional cars and any family/friends visiting have to pay for parking - that makes absolutely no sense.
Convenient place to live if you prefer to not use your car. Amenities are relatively well maintained, with the exception of the garage gates, which need to be replaced entirely and the (1out of 3) finicky elevator that seems to go down from time to time. Maintenance in the common areas seem like they could be better. Nearby area is nice, descent bars and places to eat. I love that I rarely have to drive anymore.

Mid-Main is the best urban living you can have in Houston. Being in the heart of Midtown and walking distance to the rail is great! The styling is unique, the views are great, and the vibe is hip! I would highly suggest you reconsider moving here and take a look at the numerous other complexes in the area with better rates, less maintenance issues, and generally a better built complex. The worst thing about living here is hearing my upstairs dogs nail scratch against the concrete. Sounds like I live with raccoons in my ceiling! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Fantastic location with easy access to Downtown, the Med Center, and Montrose. Lots of great bars and restaurants on your doorstep within a few minutes' walk. Friendly staff, efficient maintenance team. Love the pool courtyard!

My experience with the Mid Main has been great and overall very welcoming. Moving in with so many worries on top of being new to the area and being a pet owner. I wasnt sure what I was getting myself into. Shortly after narrowing down my search, the staff made it so easy and simple with the application process and asking about any amenities. The pet services offered through either private or subcontracted services have been great and have help me get rid of many worries.

Overall well kept facility. Fantastic location near metro rail, restaurants, bars, coffee shop and walking distance to Whole Foods, liquor warehouse, CVS and urgent medical care office. B cycle bike hub is a block away. Amazon hub makes deliveries easy. There are dogs on property but the ones Ive seen have been well behaved and dont seem dangerous. Seems pretty quiet overall and I dont hear my neighbors through the walls. Elevators do go out but there has always been one working while Ive lived here. Overall very pleased with my living experience.

Midmain has a great location and has a dogpark inside. It is nice to live here, specially if you have a dog.
As someone who is always skeptical of renting from large management groups, renting from Mid Main has been surprise-free and overall a great decision. I like my apartment.
