Property Ratings at Mid-Town Park
I was looking for apartments and ran across Mid Town. I dealt with Angie, who stated she is the property manager. She was polite, professional, and very informative. The grounds were pretty, well kept, and the residents all seem nice. I am thoroughly enjoying my new home. Close to many conveniences.
ZERO STARS! WORST management, worst appliances. In the first couple months of living here, our fridge, dishwasher, ac, heat, and dryer all broke. The floors came up, etc. The paint chipped just by touching it. It was absolutely awful. Management was incredibly rude throughout all of it with NO compensation, and maintenance didnt care. Wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. Please, save yourself and do NOT live here. It is not worth it. Charged us incorrectly month after month and never returned messages to return the money. Im telling you, this is the worst place I have ever lived and I have rented for 6 years. Looks nice, but it’s not worth it.
I just moved into my new apartment a little more than week ago. I can still smell the paint on the walls it is so new! I love how the community is full of younger families, my neighbors are the sweetest, and the property is pet friendly! The move in process was super easy and I am excited to start my new chapter in life here!
My apartment is beautiful and the staff made me feel like I finally found a “home”. Great location and great neighbors.
Overpriced. Fake luxury. Waste of money. The leaser is nice, the manager is rude. Poorly built. There was always something wrong with my cheap appliances. The disposal wasn't even hooked up! They dropped the price because they're not worth what they're asking.
My apartment was delayed 2 months. The pool was supposed to be May...then June...I think it got done in September. The builders only care about new construction and money not the residents. Marijuana odor from neighbors and management did nothing about it. Then, when I moved out they charged for stuff that wasn't my fault. I could go on about rude management or overpriced fake luxury. I am glad I got out of my lease early.
Angie the manager is rude. I asked about my high water bill and she said "not my problem."
We did get our apartment time moved back because of construction. Even so, we got in and love it here. Neighbors have been quiet. Nathan communicated with us and made things right. We are looking forward to the summer and the pool. I'll admit it was tough waiting, but we're settled and looking forward to being here for a while.
My husband and I were looking for a place to live for months when we finally found this place, met with Nate and decided to call it our soon-to-be new home. However, it is a new construction, and with that comes many complications. When we first put our deposit down, the first building wasn’t even completed, and we had plans to move into building 4! The wait was brutal, and the stress of not having our new home even built yet was worse, and when the tentative move in date approached our worst fears came true and we were told that it wouldn’t be ready in time. Having to make a tough decision, my husband and I started re-looking at different options but still found ourselves wanting Mid-town. After consulting more with Nate, we decided to push our budget and upgrade to a townhome that would be ready in time just so we could stay with the company. Nate also worked his magic and was able to help us out in multiple ways for the inconvenience we had to go through. Then, the week of our new tentative move in date, we were informed yet again that our place was not ready. By this time you are probably looking back at the top of my review and wondering why I gave this place 5 stars right? Well simply put the ONLY reason that this review is not an extremely negative one is because of Nate. From day one, Nate did everything he could to help us, answer any questions, respond to my obnoxious amounts of emails, and when having to break the bad news to us about the build; he did so in a respectful and upfront manner. Not many places have a manager like that. We can tell that he truly does care about his job and cares about every single resident that lives there. He did everything he could to help us stay and went above and beyond to try to accommodate our needs, unfortunately due to our time constriction we had to go another route. And even when telling this to Nate I received nothing but respect and understanding, disappointment yes, but in the end he supported what was best for my husband and I. That alone speaks VOLUMES for this apartment complex! We are truly upset that the timing was not right for us, but if we ever need to apartment hunt again we’ll know where to start! I definitely recommend this place, and not just because it’s GORGEOUS, but because of the staff, and the care I know you will receive as long as Nate is there!
