Property Ratings at Middlesex Village Apartments
Terrible management, don't even bother requesting repairs because they'll literally take over a year to do anything.
It is a very nice place to live. very quiet area. with many shops nearby. the neighbors and management have been great people!!
I’ve only been living here for a two months & I’ve killed a roach every other day. I still haven’t received a copy of my lease. No one ever answers the phone or calls you back. Top it off management called because it was a compliant about my walking. I’m on the second floor and you are complaining about how i walk, it’s all hard wood floors so what do you expect. Complaining about me having guest and you can hear us talking. The front door slams and it’s out of my control but there’s a compliant. The door is broke but can’t tell the office because they don’t pick up the phone. I hope this year goes by fast because i want out of this place. DO NOT RENT! The cost of living is cheap and that’s exactly why you get treated the way you do. It’s horrible here. Parking sucks too.
