we still live in middletown apartments. we been since 2018. we love it here ! its quiet , nothing bad ever happens here. the police ride thru twice a day/night to just make sure everything is safe which is always! neighbors are extremely nice and peaceful. everyone says hi . the ladies in the front office are nicest people you ever met in your life!! I love our two bedroom upstairs. all the apartments are private entrance. there is tons of parking . they cut the lawn every week . the office informed you for anything that will happen. at Christmas they provide huge dumpster to throw away the Christmas trees. the maintenance team is always pleasant and they go around cleaning any trash up. very clean no bugs except ants in the summer which they deal with spray company . the cons are just the kitchen is very small . cabinets and counter space is small. it's built on an angle so if you got kids its hard to put a gate or locks on the cabinets . upstairs living the heat raises so it gets hot quickly. upstairs not a lot of storage space. only choice of verizon. but this place is pro all the way ! best place to live .
Hello, my name is Omar Mahmood and I live at Middle town apartments in unit 1207 for 8 months and my job transfer me to Boston MA. My wife and kids loved our two bedroom apartment on the second floor. This complex fosters a safe community with a reasonable cost for living. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful and responsive - including the security monitoring company that spends their nights driving through our parking lot. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story unit and I could not be more happy.. The master bed and bath are great for my wife and kids and I thoroughly enjoy the 2nd bedroom with balcony! Great location, great price, great staff, great choice for you! Working with DAVENA Property manager has been great! The entire process of finding the perfect rental was a breeze because of her. Extremely responsive and any issue or question we've had has been taken care of immediately. IRIS is also very helpful and professional and seems to be interested in solving any problems I may have. I will say it is a great place to live. Property Manager DAVENA is very helpful and there to assist me. From day one I stepped into the office she was friendly and professional. It was a pleasure meeting someone who enjoyed what she does and knowledgeable. The community is well managed, peaceful, and quiet and clean. I made a good decision to move to this community, the neighborhood is a good location for all my daily activities. The neighbors are courteous and respect each other. I definitely feel like I made a good decision moving to this community. I will say it is a great place to live. I would recommend this place to my friends as well. I will say it is a great place to live if you have small kids and a family.
The minute our family moved in we felt right at home here. We really liked the area. It was in a convenient location for our family with work and schools. We were really attracted to how well maintained the community looked. The office staff and maintenance were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our neighbors have become friends. We appreciate living here and would recommend Middletown Apartments when looking for a place to call home.
I have been in these apartments for 5 years. I didn't have too many complaints until November of 2017 and there were several..... yes several mice in my kitchen. This is a loooong event but I am gonna keep it brief. I called the office when they opened and I was met by attitudes that didn't seem moved AT ALL by the fact that I had mice in my kitchen and wanted them to deal with it immediately. Actually, it took them almost a week before checking this. Maintenance came in didn't do anything about the hole that was in my living room and they sure didn't deal with how they were getting in and out of the apartment. I ended up calling several times.... sending letters to the corporate office before they took me seriously. I was always getting comments like, "They are harmless. They are just trying to get warm....We can't make them bite the traps...." Well, 2 months went by and I was still dealing with mice in an out of my apartment. I got ready to take my son and put my hands on the wall in my bedroom upstairs only to hear an infestation of animals running in the wall. I said, no can't be. I tapped and tapped and what I feared was accurate. There was an infestation in the walls. I immediately went to the office and of course, they couldn't do anything until that Monday (it was saturday). I wish I could say that the situation has been fixed. It is now Feb. 6, 2018 and I am still dealing with ..... Rodents. They ended up getting into the appliances. I have seen mice peel off of sorry sticky traps and when I would say this was happening, the office reps would have NO compassion for what I was dealing with. Not even the corporate office showed ANY concern for a patron who has been renting without any issues for 5 years. This was how they treated me. A dollar sign. When there was a water issue from another apartment.... They were rushing around trying to rectify the issue... telling me that could cause damage to the apartment. Since the inception of this incident the office help has changed and have become more sympathetic, and I am grateful for their kindness. BUT the issue still exists.
They don't tell you up front or in the application packet that overtime hours can't be used toward your gross income . They wasted my time and energy and theirs as well. Maybe this is how they can collect a quick 40 dollars . False advertising. Gross income means total income or total amount of money which you made before any deductions are taken out.
Visited the property last week and was very impressed. I worked with Allison in the leasing office and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. When walking in to the office I immediately felt like I was home. Put an application in yesterday and waiting for my results. So excited to live here!!!
I absolutely loved living here, the rent was reasonable, staff is very understanding.
Website was helpful to get basic apartment information and pricing estimates. Going on week 2 and really pleased so far.
I visited and the office staff showed me two available apts. They looked clean.
Me and my son went in to see the apartments, and was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was very polite. And had no problems letting me see the model, which was above standards. Nice place to move I think.
Hello, I recently visited the property on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The buildings are bright and well-kept. The only audible sounds were coming from my own vehilce. I decided to stop in and visit the leasing office. I spoke with a representative. She did not stand or pleasantly acknowledge me, which through me off considering how nice the apartments seemed. She told me I could look around the office which was a model apartment. To be honest, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Because of her, I will not be applying to live in this development. Thank you
