ML is a great property! Very updated and stylish. I love how most tenants love to decorate for the season. I am out walking a lot and see all of the decorations. Its a good homey feeling. I highly recommend it!

I looked at several apartments in the Southern Indiana/Louisville area. Middletown Landing was by far the best choice I could have made. The management is so kind and helpful. Maintenance takes care of everything you need very quickly. The area feels very safe and looks very nice. I was surprised at how cheap my rent was compared to other apartments I looked at that were smaller/less nice than mine at Middletown Landing. Everything in apt was/felt brand new upon move in. Highly recommend!

First time ever renewing a lease anywhere. Ive lived in over 9 different states. I mean I'm not a fan of KY but i love this place so much; eh dont wanna go through the hassle of moving and going to just any regular complex.
Since the price is so reasonable here, I didn’t expect it to be as amazing as it is. I keep waiting on the other shoe to drop, but 4 months in and it hasn’t. I love everything about this place, from the gym to barn doors. Every resident that I’ve talked to has felt the same as well, and I like that. I tell everyone I know how great Middletown Landing is. 10/10. Extremely satisfied.
The maintenance team is fast, efficient, friendly, and try to make sure you’re happy when they leave. It’s nice to have a dependable crew that really seem to take pride in their work.

Very pleasant atmosphere. people I come across walking my little dog are very friendly and i've never had a problem or complaint.
Mice infested unit. Dog poop all over the property. Charged me a full months rent worth of repairs once I moved out! The tenants never use dog leashes and my dog was attacked twice. When I told the office staff about this issue, they told me that I needed a recorded for them to address the issue. They do not care about their tenants AT ALL! Please pick somewhere else!

I actually like the place. I like the floor plan. I like the space of the unit. I like the garage. But also, the water pressure is terrible. The tub squeaks like you’re going to fall through the floor. The parking situation is rough and the parking policies aren’t enforced at all. The gourmet kitchen is a 10 year old glass top stove that looks like it’s seen a thing or two and a dishwasher that’s rusty and hampered by the aforementioned water pressure. Everything is “luxury” but yet cheap builder grade carpet, fixtures, limited lights, and thin walls that let you hear your neighbors fight it out at 2am. Oh and they charge you $35 a month for “smart home” which is just a thermostat and a deadbolt you can control with your phone. That’s on top of another $35 for valet trash that is just some guy in a pickup that comes and takes it off your porch at any time between 8pm and 2am. Did I mention the water pressure? Because I really wanna take a 30 minute shower but it’s kinda pointless when the water pressure could barely fill a water balloon.

So far so good. It’s a nice apartment in a nice/safe area. Very pet friendly. The apartment was very clean upon move in. The outside of the apartments are kept nice, and the sidewalks are always clean.

I moved into the community March of 2020 and moved out May 2023. The management change was awful and I am so glad to finally be out. I loved the townhouse style apartment with the attached garage. Maintenance requests were sometimes answered quickly and other times took a while. Last summer my air conditioning went out repeatedly (4 times over 2 months). They kept swearing it was fixed and it would break a week or two later. I finally emailed the manager and got a response along the lines of “sorry but stuff breaks”. The rent has dramatically increased and now they want to add a smart home fee which is laughable. The new smart locks require an app that has a privacy policy worse than notorious social media apps. FYI per the privacy policy the app has the right to access all photos, videos, and contacts in your phone. I obviously chose not to download since why does a “smart apartment” app need that. Now upon move out they want to charge for a broken microwave door handle (which I had put in a maintenance request for weeks before move out) and deep cleaning the carpets. I lived there for over 3 years with a dog (who I paid a deposit for and monthly expensive pet rent). I assumed after 3 years of living in a space that carpets being deep cleaned would be a given. Despite the move out paperwork having time slot requests on it for move out inspections those were not done with me present. I just called to ask about this and was told we already submitted all that to the parent company take it up with them. Overall, the first year in my apartment I would have given it a 4 star review, but that has slowly slid down until it has now hit rock bottom (I would give 0 stars if I could).

1. The office workers are the rudest, fake, and condescending women I have dealt with. 2. Parking sucks and the pool is never open 3. The installed smart home and marked my home as vacant so the thermostat kept resetting. Ran my LGE bill up so high and ran me in circles trying to get some kind of money back (I got nothing back). 4. Said they had no record of my security deposit when I definitely paid one. 5. Charged me $105 after move out for who knows what. I deep cleaned and have video footage showing nothing was wrong or dirty. I could rant on here for longer but these are the biggest points. I am now out $400+ because of the incompetence that goes on there. RUN AWAY if you are thinking of moving here.

I'd like to start off by saying, just look for another place to live. We have lived here for almost a full year, and we are moving out at the end of our lease. Maintenance is pretty lackluster around here. Everyone seems to have at least one unsolved issue. The maintenance team itself is comprised of kind, hard working people, however, they are low in numbers, making them spread thin. When it comes to amenities, the pool is not great at all. Very small, you're lucky if you even find a seat, let alone get off of work in time to go because they close so early. Also they make you get food/drinks from the goat only, no outside food/drinks. This wouldn't be much of an issue if the goat was not so terrible. Seriously, none of the residents eat here because it's so subpar. Plus, why do you want more of my money? They raised rent for every townhome renter by $300 minimum. As for the parking situation, it varies from lot to lot, and day to day. Some days, the parking is fine, other times, you may have to park down the block and walk. Not the worst of things for me, but may be for others. Finally, you MUST be mindful of the road we are on. Christian Academy traffic around 8am-4pm is a nightmare, and a hazard! You cannot see any oncoming traffic when the line is backed up. If they aren't going to provide an alternative route to go in and out, they need to push for a stop light at the main entry before something happens. There has also been an uptick in car break ins from what I've been hearing. I've only seen one cop in this neighborhood and I'm pretty sure its because he lives here. Roads and intersections within the neighborhood are pretty thin, and lets be honest, the drivers in the area are not the brightest. Not to mention people absolutely fly through some of the roads. Finally, the new management. You can just read other reviews and see what I'm talking about. Don't fall for this place. You work too hard to spend your money here.

First, they did not have our key or garage opener due to the apartment still being "cleaned". After receiving our key late that night, the apartment and carpets were still dirty. Additionally clutter, including a whole bed frame, was left in the garage. The first night there we noticed roaches around the apartment. We went to the front desk and they sent pest control. We continued to find roaches everywhere, so likewise we called the front desk again only to be told we must supply “proof” for them to come back out. This made us purchase and lay traps to take pictures of the roaches, and only after this did the front office send pest control back out. Our fridge broke so my fiancée called immediately and spoke to maintenance who told her they would work on it while we were at work. When we got back, we realized they never came. We called again, only to be told they never received the request, but they would fix it the next day. No show again, and we are told they never got a maintenance request. At this point all the food, about $250 dollars worth, is spoiled. We put in a THIRD request, and they still did not come out. My fiancée went to the office and complained and finally they came, but since they “never received a request" they claimed they are not liable for the rotten food. Continuing on the theme of cheap appliances our dishwasher broke, closet/shower doors fell off, cabinets came lose, front door knob fell off, and kitchen faucet clogged. Everything was poor quality. Trash service which is not nightly like they advertise. This becomes a problem when they only pick up 2 small bags at a time (was 3, but it changed without a cost deduction), so when they miss your apartment for a couple days it piles up. Once more than 2 are outside they will just stop picking it up all together and you cannot cancel the service. To make it even better, if trash is not picked up management will leave a note on your door saying it is a violation and must be brought back in your house. Amenities! The pool is great, except when they close it due to use. This past summer they closed the pool because of “music” and people bringing their own beverages. They did not reopen the pool until they had “supervision” and made residence sign in to use it. For this reason, it was only open during business hours. Then of course you have the usual problems with dog poop, parking, rent increasing $400, and being charged exorbitant fees upon moveout. Avoid living here.

Although still a very new resident at Middletown Landing, my overall experience has been splendid. The floorplan of my unit is spacious and quite the upgrade to what I lived in before, very modern as well. The scale of the community really gives off the feel that I am living in a neighborhood, which I quite enjoy. Plenty of life in this community!
