Property Ratings at Middletown Ridge Apartments
Our son scheduled tours at 2 of their properties on a tight timeline. Drove 2 hours to see them. Got there and someone in the office said the first tour was cancelled due to ‘overbooking’. So we waited and went to the second appointment and were informed no tours for that either. Informed them we had driven 2 hours to attend scheduled tours and office person said she had called an hour earlier (while we were in transit) to cancel. She was rude about it and threw us out when we suggested she give the tour anyway. Very unprofessional. There were no tours so the overbooking excuse was a lie, wasted a trip.
We just move from Virginia it was becoming a little difficult for us to find our new home but thank god we came across this community pet friendly clean out doors friendly neighborhood and stuff
Lee was great to work with! She answered any and all questions and has one of the best personalities. The apartment is perfect and it checked all the boxes.
Very clean property super friendly residents very responsive maintenance and front end staff overall a good move in experience so far no complaints
Overall I have been happy with my experience here. Big nod to maintenance, those guys are great! Any time we have needed them they are very polite and professional and get the job done. My one gripe would be the unnecessary locking of the outside door to the building. It was never locked in the past and this did not create any problems. Now that it is locked all the time it creates minor issues with residents bring in groceries or packages being delivered. Not all packages go to the Amazon hub or fit in the bigger mailboxes. Forcing delivery people to leave packages outside the door. This can leave them susceptible to being stolen. I understand this is a pretty minor thing but I myself have personally had this affect me with having a package stolen because it wasn’t able to even be left in the building foyer.
My experience here has been great. There’s always available parking close to my apartment and the walls are thick so I have never had an issue of hearing my neighbors if they’re too loud. Unfortunately the gym has been under construction since I moved in but I’m hoping the new renovations will be worth the wait
Love the apartment complex it has everything I could ask for and want for a living space. The only con is depending who you live under they can be loud at times.
I love living here. The apartment is perfect for us, maintenance crew are nice and repair issues quickly. Office staff is friendly. The building is generally quiet. Floors creak rather loudly. Windows are old and need to be replaced. Need mire handicap parking spots for my building.
It's been great staying here so far, they are on time with request, great front office as well, and pretty quite area. Community has a great walking trail as well if you are looking to get fit
Everyone so far has been nice, respectful, and polite. There has been no noise issues from any of our neighbors. There is also the sense that everyone looks out for each other here.
The inside of the apartment is nice and warm. The management, Lee, is so lovely. So far, the maintenance is on point. The price of the apartment is a typical average price. Quiet neighborhood. However, the hallway needs improvement, and it is a little cozy for the price.
I have lived here for about 1 1/2 years. My experience has been good. I enjoy the quiet area and the nice neighbors. Being able to enjoy my dog is the best.
Our apartment has a great view, friendly staff and the maintenance team is always attententive! Rent is competitive considering today's tough economy.
Its amazing. So far nothing to complain about. The space is enormous, has so many storages. Lee is amazing. She does her best to answer any questions you may have
Lee was so helpful and awesome! The process went fast and smooth. The apartment is so beautiful and the area peaceful. The neighbors are very nice and friendly.
This is my first apartment and so far it has been an amazing experience! Maintenance is quick to respond to any concerns, the location is great for my commute to work, and the rent is great for what the space entails. I am very happy with my experience here overall.
Great location and staff is so friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and well taken care of. Looking forward to being a part of this community!
People have been very nice. Move in process was quick and easy. Lee is the best and most helpful person of all time. My fiancé and I are super happy to be a part of the Middletown Ridge Community!
I rented the Birchwood floor plan. I live by myself and work from home. The set up in the apartment is really smart and I found that I had plenty of storage and living space. I wasn’t sure 587 square would do it, but it’s actually quite cozy with the right furniture choices. Maintenance is on top of it and super friendly. I am sensitive to smell and everything smells really fresh and clean. I also really enjoyed the leasing Agent Lee. When we first met she showed me around the complex and I love that she was honest about all my questions. It was like going to see a place with my little sister, she even checked everything that I wouldn’t have thought to check in the apartment viewing. If you have the chance to work with her she is for sure amazing and the effort was super appreciated.
I have lived at Middletown Ridge for a little over a year and I've been very happy here. It's a dog-friendly property, the grounds are well-kept and my neighbors very friendly.
I love it here. They are so quick about everything to help you and the rooms are spacious. I love living here and it’s the best apartment we seen!
Middletown ridge is a good place to live. Maintenance is courteous and efficient, amenities are all pretty well kept. Nicely landscaped area.
Although just moving in this month I love how spacious the apartment is, the views we get from our room, and the privacy we get even with neighbors below and above us!
Overall good experience here... Neighbors have been kind and welcoming. Easy to pay monthly bills & get maintenance if need be... Parking is always available, mail is easy, as is Amazon.. For the size of apartment we got, the monthly is very fair considering comparable 2br in the area(i looked at half a dozen others in the area)... AC/Heat/Hot water work fantastic. All appliances are bare bones type models but work great, as does garbage disposal. Upkeep of inside the building is lacking unfortunately. Building has has a broken railing on the stairs heading to bottom floor since December 2023 and has had a water damaged section of the top window which occasionally drops debris right in front of the back door during storms. In the winter they did a pretty poor job of clearing snow/putting down ice melt. Overall 4/5 review and we're quite happy to be here and will be renewing our lease.
I love Middletown Ridge! Lee was so great in the office and was really my deciding factor in choosing to live here. She was so friendly and kind that I couldn't not live here. I figured if that was who worked here then I hoped that the people who lived here were the same and I was correct. Upon moving in 4 of my neighbors have droped by and introduced themselves. I think I am going to really enjoy the future here!!!
I have to say I really liked living here as my husband and I transitioned from a large family home in search for a smaller house . We truly enjoyed the apartment and all it had to offer . Most importantly the residents were all extremely kind and friendly.
Nice place to live. They always have community events to allow opportunities to meet your neighbors. Quick maintenance response times. Great amenities.
I have been here for 2 years and there has been no attempt to secure a working lock on my building's entry door. Also, my apartment door is a joke. The framing on the door has been damaged prior to me moving in and the lock and framing has no integrity and can be broken into with little to no effort. Luckily my apartment neighbors are all trustworthy and I have a good relationship with most of them. I thought this place would be more professional but I was wrong. I put in a maintenance request about the condition of my balcony the first month I moved in and have been completely ignored. The deck boards are warped to the point it is a tripping hazard. And the storage door looks like a bear clawed it. I was offered a 4% increase on my lease renewal and a month after I signed it they contacted me and said there was an issue on their end and I had to resign a new lease. I did and was deceived and found that the increase was 7%. I do not recommend this community to anyone. Horrible!
I don’t like the short notice maintenance inspections/ work and how the light in my hall is always having issues. It’s dangerous and morso now that I have an infant.
I moved in this year the month of May and have had a great experience overall. My apartment is very nice neat and clean. The office staff is A1! Lee is the best leasing agent I've worked with. Jamie and Michelle are also wonderful and intelligent! They go out of their way to help people!
Lee was awesome! From the application process to move-in date, she’s been so helpful and kind. The complex and unit were both beautiful and seemed well taken care of. I bumped into a few neighbors in the moving process and they were all kind. Happy to be here, thanks again Lee!
Awesome! Love swimming in the lovely hospitable community pool. Appreciate the extra laundry services provided and the gym that is provided.
Enjoy the quietness of the residence while having the opportunity to mingle amongst others. Appreciate the flowers and trimmed shrubs to beautify our areas.
I enjoy living here it’s quiet, clean and the staff is very friendly. I have no complaints. I’ve been here for 2 years and plan to renew my lease
Everything has been good so far! Parking is great, all of our appliances work well, and the complex is quiet and pleasant. Maintenance responds to problems quickly and the amenities such as the pool and the Amazon lockers are great. I am only two months into my lease but so far so good
I could never see the apartment until the day I move in, and when we finally see it It had a lot of details, like bad painting, broken windows, uneven surfaces, bathroom floor was sticking out…
I have loved it sor far the staff is very friendly, and maintenance crew gets back to you within a couple of days to fix any issue there may be. The community is also good at communicating if there is a problem or not within the are so we can be aware at all times what is happening
Apartments are decent. Maintenance is responsive. People are nice. It’s starting to get pricey. Now they are trying to force you into buying their overpriced renters insurance.
Majority of people who live here are very friendly and helpful such as holding door for you or helping with a package they see I am struggling with
Maintenance is outstanding! Want to give them a huge shoutout! On top of their game always. The staff is friendly and the property is well maintained! Dog friendly community!
I’ve been here for 1 year and I still like it. I’m on the ground floor; I wish I knew before moving in because it’s not the best. They don’t allow you to see your dwelling until move in date so it may not be what you expected. Otherwise, it’s quiet at night, I feel safe, it’s affordable, and maintenance comes in a reasonable timeframe.
The place is a very comfortable, living, quiet and very secured. We’ve been living there for six years we would love to stay for another year. Maintenance are awesome when any issues the office gets right on it just wish the rent would not go up every year may consider to move this year.
Everything is going very well. I do wish the foyers and hallways were cleaner, and some folks would stop smoking pot, which creates a bad smell in the common areas.
Been here for 4 years and overall a positive; subtracted a point because there are some amenity/apartment features that haven’t been fixed/taken care of in 3 year which is pretty absurd. They’re not make or break so not worth knocking another star, but wish they’d be fixed after multiple years and inquiries
Resident experience has been great, peer tenants are quiet, respectful, and clean. Apartments are spacious and rooms are big. Maintenance folks are also great.
I love the location, the neighboring residence, and the amenities. I will be approaching a year in just two months. My experience here has been more than humble.
We have a great view and some privacy from our apartment along the tree line, and the maintenance staff is always very helpful and personable!
Middletown ridge is very comfortable, quiet, and very close to the highway for commutes! Definitely would recommend this apartment complex!!!
I have enjoyed living in this community. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel welcome. The property is clean and well maintained.
Quiet clean i’ve been a resident for five years I can say it’s a great place to live. Friendly neighbors great community stay for another year.
