Property Ratings at Midland Falls Apartments
The apartment is really showing age inside & out, but it is comfortable for the most part. Very spacious compared to other 2 bedroom/2.5 bath apartments in the area. The community is quiet most of the time, even during school break periods. Parking in front of some apartment units could be a little better, but that's mainly because some tenants have several cars, & take up more than two spaces in front of the building (nothing that the management can really control.) The only big complaint I had this past summer was that all but 2 of the pools were closed, due to unruly tenants who just could not abide by the rules. The neighborhood is nice to go for walks.

Overall, it’s a great place to live. My neighbors are nice and quiet. A few issues with the pool this summer and people sneaking in and not much was really done on it besides blaming the residents and taking it out on the residents and closing most of the pools down which wasn’t fair to us. People sneak in the gates or the gates are broke. Just wish they would leave the tanning bed open longer as they only have it open when the leasing office is open and for people that work 8-5 you really can’t get in to use it. Besides that the dog parks and everything else is amazing do love living here. Hoping next summer they will have the pool issue more under control

Regarding the pool issues this past summer, we understand your concerns. Please know that we took several measures to address these challenges, including adding several additional patrol officers to our schedule and bringing on another courtesy officer to monitor the property. Unfortunately, we experienced significant misuse of the pools, such as broken glass being thrown into the water, furniture being damaged, and excessive trash left behind. These incidents created safety and maintenance issues that led us to focus our efforts on maintaining the remaining pools in excellent condition for residents to enjoy. As for the tanning bed, it is available only during office hours because its control panel must be monitored by staff to ensure safe and proper use. We understand the limitation for those with a 9-to-5 schedule, and we appreciate your suggestion. We value your input and are committed to improving these experiences. Your understanding is appreciated, and we’re optimistic about providing an even better summer experience next year.
The application process was great, leasing office was awesome!!!! We werent told the apartment we were getting was very old and needed work. Upon moving in we had quite a few issues but maintenance came and took care of everything very fast

I am coming up to my two year anniversary here . I could not be happier. It is so quiet here and I sit on the porch I have renovated myself and there are so many birds. We have woods and sidewalks, pools, a gym, tennis and volleyball! I have so many friends now and we look out for each other and help each other. I am retired and I would be very hard pressed to find anywhere else I could afford to go and be this happy . I look Forward to being here forever. I enjoy living here. Everyone is nice especially the maintenance workers. The maintenance workers have been fantastic! My apartment had a leak and they immediately came out and fixed and did a follow up. I’m new to the area and no other apartment has done that. It shows they care about the people who are living here and it’s nice I can count on them to fix anything!

My car got stolen from the complex; my gate key was in the car at that time. Employees from the leasing office refuse to issue me a new gate key without trying to charge me. Which I guess it doesn’t matter because the gate remains open half the time so I can just go in and so can thieves. Plus no one from management has bothered to call me and I doubt the representative who I spoke with even made a report.

To clarify, we did speak with you over the phone regarding the situation. As explained during that conversation, we requested that you bring in a copy of the police report so we could assist in issuing a replacement gate card. Unfortunately, we have not yet received the report, which is required to process a replacement at no charge. Regarding the gates, they are designed with safety in mind. The arms of the gates are made to pop away if someone attempts to piggyback behind another vehicle, which may sometimes result in the gates being temporarily open. This is not due to malfunction but is a feature to prevent damage and ensure the system remains operational. We are always here to assist, and we encourage you to contact us again if you would like to further discuss this matter. Your safety and security are important to us, and we are committed to resolving any concerns.
I am so happy to be here at Whisperwood/Midland Falls! In retirement these days, it’s very difficult to find a place that is affordable and has the feel of what you need. I found it all here . A warm , cozy home, friends, a wonderful office staff and maintenance, amenities, nature and woods, and safety and peace. Thx ! Hopefully my forever home.

The area where I live is nice & quiet, the neighbors tend to their business & I tend to mine. The only problem I have is the neighbors let their animals poop in the grass in front of the door & don’t pick it up.

It’s okay, but not great. There are a lot of amenities, but they are closed half the time. The staff tends to be rude and unresponsive. The maintenance team is great though.

The complex is great, but is long overdue for some refurbishment. Parking lots and roads need to be re-paved (lots of potholes). Amenities could use some updates and more frequent maintenance.

Love the neighbors and the neighborhood. The only issue is having people sneak into the pool who don’t live there and now only having two pools open due to that. Because they can’t keep up on keeping people out, due to they never actually come and check the passes like they state they will be. So, it’s being taken out on the residents which isn’t fair. Besides that I love everything else

The apartment complex is beautiful. Ponds with fountains, fish and turtles, cranes and tadpoles... Trails through wooded areas that are perfect for walking with friends and pets. The swimming pools offer endless amounts of fun and relaxation, and the ability in the winter months to have a polar plunge! It's peaceful and quiet here, no traffic noise but enchanting owl chatter in the evenings along with birds and frogs. A great place to call home.

Staff is great but overall the neighborhood doesn’t feel safe. One feature we liked most moving in was that there was a gate but gate is constantly broken and people break in a lot.

Unfortunately, with such a large community and with high traffic, we do experience unforeseen damage or issues at times. Please always feel free to reach out to us if you see a broken gate.
Great I would recommend this place to anyone who just needs an apartment. This place is really great and the management is really great as well.

So far an amazing experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful with everything! The amenities are definitely a plus with having kids. The 6 polls to choose from are helpful when needing the kids to stay busy for the summer and not having to go spend money at a public pool or water park. My daughter absolutely loves having the playground and 1 pool right outside our building!

I will not lie, the apartment was kind of a mess when we first showed up, lots of maintenance requests, but that’s about it. The maintenance was very fast and I love that they leave paperwork behind to show that they did the job so far no complaints from me other than the pools need to be open, all of them.

I am one and a half years into living here. I just love it. It’s so clean and so peaceful. The surrounding wooded areas make for the most wonderful walks with my dog. The lakes And fountains so beautiful. We have incredible pools, the office staff is so helpful and nice and maintenance is on top of things. My apartment is so cozy and my neighbors all nice. We are there for each other. I could not ask for more and hope I can live out the rest of my life here.

I really have enjoyed being at Midland falls apartments and I have no complaints. Everything is near by and the only thing is sometimes neighbors are loud but other then that no issues.

I just renewed my lease again. I have lived here more than a decade. I have great neighbors. Management is quick to respond to issues and maintenance is prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. No concerns at all.

This was the best and thorough move in that I’ve ever experienced. It didn’t take to long to go through the paperwork, my agent Romona was a big help in this process. She explained all the rules and regulations in my lease and about the property. When we did my walk thru of my apartment she had already noted things that she wanted to be fixed and repainted and ask if there was anything that I wanted to be done or fixed. Overall I would give my move in a 10 out of 10!!

Really nice place, only slight issue is the water pressure or lack of in sinks or showers. Other than that the staff are always so kind and helpful. I have so enjoyed living here, so much I renewed my lease 2 months early!
