Property Ratings at Midpointe Apartments
You have no room for error moving here any chance they get either it’s your car running or you loose you keys they will take, and you need to ask yourself is that an apartment you want to live in where there is no room for error. And don’t get my started on the bs parking and lease fees they have.

Big apartment complex, there’s a pool, dog park, fitness center, grills and playground. If you got money and can afford living here, the pool is definitely worth it. Maintenance staff is great, they actively reach out to me when I have a service request. The last place I stayed it took 3 weeks for a landlord to reach me. Especially the women up front. I get my carpets cleaned yearly, and I have a assigned parking. New washers and dryers. My biggest problem here is my neighbors. People can be very uncourteous, and very unclean. Not picking up after their dogs, or themselves. Always fighting loudly, no care for others, themselves or the place they live.

Lied about pet policy. Not pet friendly. Dogs not allowed.

Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry for any confusion we may have caused by explaining our pet policy. Please contact our office via Natalia.Guerrero@bridgepm.com so that we are able to clear this matter up.
Overall I feel safe in the community. Deliveries have always arrived with no issues of theft. Clean and no issues with insects or other pests. Downsides are all their amenities have not been accessible during my time here. I have been here a year and the pool has never been opened. There is a gym on the property but accessible 5a - 10 p. Hallways have an awful smell. General parking is okay but there have been times I had to drive around or I had to park in visitor parking. Maintenance is overall very friendly and helpful. Dog waste is around many buildings but there doesn't seem to be a clear system to report. There are larger dogs here and I have seen one attack a small dog. Management has not followed up to remove the dog or confront the tenant to my knowledge since I see the dog still here. Overall its okay but has its good and bad.

They overcharge, parking is tough, they paint over flaws instead of fixing them, they have a cleaning crew but there’s dog waste in the hallway for weeks. Management only return calls when you want to spend money not when they owe u.
This place has MORE tenants than parking! WHEN I hey home everyday, I can't even park and have to drive 3 or 4 blocks over to park and walk home in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! Do not move here! Trust me, you will not have a parking space. Every night people are driving around for hours looking. I'm warning you. Find a complex that comes with parking.
There are lots of building issues. They want you to pay high rent just to be living in a cheap apt. I have a 2br that was so called "renovated" the floors are coming apart, the paint job is terribly cheap, both of my air conditions look like their 20 years old, parking is terrible, the elevators don't always work..... I have been complaining about the gnat infestation problem for 3 weeks.....come to find out, they had a vacancy apt that had rotten food left in there for months, which is a Dept of Health violation!! Now the gnats have spread to the hallway elevates as well.....If you have any issues or complaints, they are NOT taken care of quickly, it will be weeks before they value your concerns! Management here is a joke and they expect you to still pay your rent accordingly!! Don't be tricked by the amenities, they are only to cover up all the real issues that are going on!! Good luck!
I went to visit this apartment complex based off the photos on this website, but when I arrived I was in for a rude awakening. This isn’t a luxury apartment Complex the photos are very misleading and when you book an appointment to view the place it set an appointment with a different place in California. Pleas don’t waste your time viewing this place save your time money & gas.
Its excellant apt to live at. but thr rent is to high for a one or two bedroom. Supportive Staff
Its okay apt to live at. but thr rent is to high for a one or two bedroom.
I worked at Christ Medical Center so this was a perfect spot for me. Had a few restaurants within walking distance from the apartments and a convenience store across the street. Access to multiple expressways as well as the Pulaski and Kedzie bus terminals being a block and half away. I enjoyed the unit, had a studio and it was very large compared to most. No issues or maintenance problems and the front staff was very friendly. The area was nice with there being a high school across the fence. You can literally watch the football games and hear the announcer from your unit. St. Xavier university is down the street so if you go there this would be a nice cheap location. If you work in the city and worried about communing to work everyday, just take Pulaski or Kedzie bus to the Orange Line or Pace bus to the Oak Lawn Metra stop.
My apartment is okay but not the worst nor the best the rent is just to high. After Beening here for 11 years. The apartment has 1 bedrooms and 1 bath it is very spacious. there is a lot of work and thing that i need for my apartment but, i just can't worry about that now. just trying to keep a roof over my head for me and my pet cat is all i care about. So me winning will mean the world to me thanks.
