I am delighted to share my living experience at Midtown 300S, where the management team always support their residents with any issues/concerns. The best part of management is their responsiveness and attentiveness, whether it is a maintenance request or inquiry, they handle with sense of urgency and care. Coming to the apartment, it looks very clean and fresh. It is very close to Saint Louis campus, grocery stores and bus stops. Super convenient with workout facility. In conclusion, I strongly recommend Midtown 300S apartment to anyone seeking place to live in saint louis. Thanks to Toni and Michelle for being so kind and professional with their tenant's.

What truly sets MIDTOWN300 Apartments apart is the evident pride that is infused into every corner of the property. From the meticulously maintained grounds to the beautifully designed common areas, it's clear that the management team goes above and beyond to ensure a top-notch living experience for its residents.
This was my first apartment, I loved it! Had an amazing view, super friendly staff and apartment community, and literally close to everything! I would recommend grandview to anyone and plus everything’s included, you can’t beat that!
Stayed at Grandview for a year for school and never had any problems. Nice, brand new apartment and appliances. Utilities and rent were together so I didn't have to keep track of several different bills. Office staff was always pleasant when I needed something or just picking up a package. Would definitely recommend this place if you need to be close to school or work.
I have been living at Grandview for almost a year now and have had such a pleasant experience. Yes, it's an old building, so every once in a while you may smell cigarette smoke from the tenant below you (not much anyone can do about that), or the neighbor cooking bacon in the morning...(yum). Yes, you may hear the neighbor close or open their door but what do you expect living in an apartment building? This place is huge! The apartments are so nice and have been renovated recently so it's like you're in a brand new apartment. The office staff is always so nice and inviting and will try their best to accommodate you if there is an issue. My kitchen sink got clogged once and the maintenance guy was up right away to fix it. I've lived in many apartment buildings and this one by far is my favorite!! I will definitely be renewing my lease! Thanks Grandview!

This is a property within one block to St Louis University. The property is under new management. The studio and one bedroom apartments are great for couples or singles. If you want a new renovated apartment in a great area Grandview is a great option. Granite counter tops, dog park, secure key card entry.
I previewed one of the studio apartments today at Grandview and they are amazing! They are completely renovated with brand new cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances. The new management really cares about their tenants and has created a very peaceful environment to live in. These apartments are in a great location being right next to St. Louis University's campus. If you are ever in the area I highly suggest stopping by these apartments to take a look!
