Every unit has a custom built kitchen that features soft close cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless electric range, above-range microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Hardwood flooring throughout each unit with private stackable washer/dryer units and Luxury plank flooring in each of the full bathrooms. Each unit comes with their own efficient central heating and air conditioning units. Building features private off-street parking, elevator access, main door security code entry, and on floors 3 and 4, units with beautiful mountain views! Water, sewer, electricity, internet and cable are the tenants responsibility. Xfinity is your internet provider. Trash is included. One allotted parking spot per unit with on street parking. Security Deposit: Same as rent. Due within 48 hrs of being approved. Security deposit needs to be paid before a lease will be issued. First Months Rent (Prorated if not moved in on the first)
