Property Ratings at Midtown Plaza
My partner, daughter, and I have been to the apartment tour and we fell in love instantly! I was so excited to apply and start the process. But unfortunately the maintenance has been no help. We have contacted them multiple times about what we needed to be done on our end. We called, and sent them an email but, he only responded once and never responded to let us know our work has been done and that our application is processing. Like he never was able to just give us any information or feedback. I don’t know if our application is processing and we’re still waiting for his response. It would be nice to just be informed and know how our process is doing! This is a beautiful place, I just wish they have better assistance with communication! Feeling a little bummed out. :(
The leasing office has been of extreme help since moving in. One of the better apartment complex’s in Denver. Extremely taken care of and in a great part of town. Recommend for anyone looking for a place that won’t cause you stress!
