Property Ratings at Midtown Towers
Midtown Towers has recently gone under a change of management; so it is now owned by a new company called Oakmark Management and I have been blown away by the service provided. For over the year I have lived here, I faced numerous issues with the other management. It got so bad to the point where I was starting to think it was time for a move, but this new management has gone above and beyond to work with me and finally address the issues and concerns I have had. Cheers to Oakmark Management!

Worst management ever! So bad management changes every couple of months. The residents are dirty with bad roach infestations that cause them to come into your apartment. Pest control only puts down bait they dont spray to kill them so they ultimately dont help at all! Hallways always are smelly. Maintenance will knock once and will enter your home weather you allow them in or not even if you are sleep they will come in without you knowing and starting working. Dont move here worst apartment I have ever lived in.

Roaches. Rude management. Trash overflow. Dirty/smelly hallways. Over priced. Get out before 30 days. ROACHES!
The hallway has had a dry egg in it for weeks, someone peed in the hallway once, they charged new utilities with only a month notice ($40 a month for water, which I do NOT use that much water), there are bugs!! So many ants. There's water damage in my closet and maintenance just spray painted over it. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The pool smells bad and has short hours. The weight room doesn't have anything to clean the equipment. There's only one trash compacter (sucks to be in building 3) and it's almost always overflowing with trash. Cherry on top is They lost my notice to terminate! I have no idea how long I'm going to be paying for this hell hole that I'm definitely not going to be living in any longer than I have to.
Only move here if it's your last option. Other then that keep looking. The office staff is rude and absolutely NO help whatsoever. You'll wait MONTHS to get something done by maintenance. The elevators will break on you (While your in it). Garbage is left in the stair well, hallways, and outside areas. People will steal your packages. Also the security doors are not so secure as they are ALWAYS propped open so anyone/anything can get in.
Not a bad living experience, but they need better communication and response time from the maintenance department and management.
Love these apartments
I love the apartment and it is pretty quiet, staff is very friendly.
I’m getting ready to move out I was asking for months for my lease renewal terms so I could decide if I wanted to move or not they didn’t have them until after the first of Oct. but demand 60 days notice (in your lease) of intent to vacate or you get charged for time you don’t live here the pool is only open for like 5 hours a day 12-5 everyday and the gym is so rusted its a safety hazard. and bed bugs from the first night I moved in brought it in a plastic bag to leasing and was told my apartment didn’t need pest control bc they couldn’t find them when the exterminator came. Save yourself a constant headache and don’t move hear the cops are always drug busting in the parking lot and its always loud. laundry is non existent because people leave their items in there for days and half the washers and dryers were down for over a month elevators have been broken for months called the county to find out they didn’t pass inspection
I?ve lived at midtown for a year in one half now and have felt safe and enjoyed my residency
Besides the little improvements that need to be fixed I love it here and all the staff we love the pool even though it?s freezing, and we loved movie night. Thank you Christine Hydel you are wonderful
So my opinion may be a little bias because this is my first place ever at the age of 22, but living here for the past almost 6 months have been very smooth, easy, and worthwhile. I don?t have many complaints. The only thing being is the overall pricing. This is a multimillion bill dollar company and so to have people pay for a package room, laundry, on top of the amount of rent is a bit ridiculous. From a business owner stance I get it, but also as a current resident I understand. My advice though for living anywhere is to know what your getting yourself into, and be 100% that you can make it happen regardless.
Just can?t wait to move I I?m just so happy I was able to get in without any issues
Overall best apartment living in the neighborhood
The location is very convenient to physicians, shopping and banking. My questions or requests are always quickly addressed.

I love luving here I am handicapped and the pet policy is excellent
Though the price of living has sky rocked i think The units are great especially the 3bdrm 2bath. They could be more updated. But i just moved here 1+ ago so we will see how it goes.
Nice place to live, but it has its quirks.
The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love my apartment if I need anything they are always willing to help.
smooth move in process ......Lindy and Margit are gems to work with and Ariel is such an efficient worker....we could not be more pleased
All in all I?ve enjoyed living at midtown towers , residents are friendly. Nice and helpful staff
Friendly does good work place in good condition nice and clean
My experience at midtown since I moved in has been wonderful. Very friendly staff and maintenance. Residents here are friendly and courteous. Apartment complex has cleaning crew that works 5 days a week to keep our buildings clean and safe. They do a fabulous job of snow removal and help residents as needed .
Great place to live. Wonderful sense of community
So far so good no issues
What I love about Midtown Towers is that there is plenty parking on the premises and the area seems pretty decent. Margit from the leasing office really communicated back and made sure my move in process went great. Thank you
This complex is very convenient to shopping, medical facilities and all the City of Cleveland has to offer. I have found Midtown Towers to be very Senior friendly.
My tour was amazing along with the process of leasing and I already am confident my move in day will go smoothly also
Nice space for empty nesters.
All of the staff are friendly and very helpful
As a current resident building 2 is getting better slowly, but it's not going unnoticed. The maintenance men are great. Donna the cleaning lady is a blessing to Midtown she works so hard. The management and residential services are doing great to keep the residents happy. Overall I am more happy to be a resident here than I was a few months ago. Great job Midtown Team!
I've enjoyed the Towers for quite awhile and have recommended it to friends. The location can't be beat as we have access to restaurants, grocers, mechanics, butcher shops, schools, post office, library, hospitals, dentist, opticians, hotels/motels and I-480/I-176/I-77. It's usually pretty quiet and I enjoy the diversity of the community. The drawbacks are minimal. Hopefully Brookfield will not make any or few changes!
Management is approachable and easy to talk with. The maintenance staff is quick to fix issues.
Very nice apartments, well cleaned and quiet. a lot of amenities and resources.
I absolutely love my apartment and the location I have wonderful neighbors and the office staff and maintenance are very efficient, friendly and helpful
People are friendly here. Maintenance men are professional and friendly. Office people are very nice and very helpful when I need help!
Best service for a move and very good place to live

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Midtown Towers.
Overall experience was easy and the staff are friendly and helpful
Very friendly and helpful Leasing Office staff. The apartments are updated and comfortable.
The common areas are nice, there are elevators provided in each building, the ground outside are very well maintained, the community is pet friendly, but the apartments are a bit overvalued.
Midtown Towers is a decent place for anyone who's looking for an affordable place to live in the area of Parma.
Quiet place to live with family and safe
They have COCKROACHES. Yes it’s true. Management is a joke. Rent is far to high especially considering they didn’t handle the problem properly. Lady in the office laughed in my face. Property manager told me the room next to her office , while I’m trying to terminate my lease, is also HEAVILY infested with cockroaches. They simply don’t care. Public health issue for sure.
Been here almost 7yrs not a bad place to call home.
The property and staff are incredible. It was a fantastic experience. They help you with your move-in.
moving in x2 years ago I was very impressed with the green spaces available for pets, my dog Chloe and I enjoyed our long walks around the campus, since this time my Chloe has passed away, and I will always remember our time together @ MTT-
Midtown Towers is like no other property I've seen. The community is gorgeous. I would recommend this property to people to stay at. It's very clean and spacious. You see the pictures on their website, and you're thinking this gotta be unreal! It's real. The management is awesome!
We are very satisfied with midtown towers
So far, so good! The staff has been very polite, and the apartment seems worth its price. It's a decent place to live in Parma. There are some things that were likely specific to my apartment that I feel need to be pointed out - soap mysteriously rose out of the sink on move-in day, and the drain clearly needs to be tightened in the tub. Otherwise, so far, so good.
