You can find residents out at Shamrock Park, a year-round camping and fishing park, catching salmon, walleye, and steelhead fish from the Saint Joseph River. The biggest event of the year pays tribute to Berrien Springs’ agricultural roots. The Berrien County Youth Fair features an array of agricultural contests for llamas, goats, rabbits, and other livestock along with classic carnival activities.

Berrien Springs is part of Berrien County, which is known for its wineries. Naturally, there are a lot of vineyards in and around the village that residents frequent.
