Property Ratings at Midway Station
The staff is nice. However, the rent is increased each year when signing a new lease. They don't give you a buy out option on the lease. For the amenities offered its too expensive. The gym is little and doesn't offer very much. The pool is small and closed a lot. There are about $150 to $200 in fees added to the rent every month. People who aren't oilfield or has some kind of corporate job are basically being slowly ran out because they can't afford to keep getting huge increases as they sign new leases. Of course the owner doesn't want people who can't afford huge increases. The staff is nice but if you don't have deep pockets these apartments are a waste of time because eventually you'll have to move because it cost too much. For what they are currently asking these aren't worth it.
I lived there for two years and was impressed with the management. The property is also maintained well. I recommend it to anyone.

These apartments are infested with cockroaches! In my entire life I have never seen a cockroach in my house until I moved here. They are everywhere! The entrance to my door, patio, and kitchen. The apartment does a monthly mandatory pesticide spray but they should fire those people! I am a very clean person. I don't even eat at home, I always dine out so there's no way it could be my fault. But yet there is some how roaches in my house. I am considering breaking my lease and moving elsewhere.

The apartments are nice and the complex is well kept, but not worth what I pay. Your only pay for the granite counter tops. The gates are always broken, and management doesn't listen to complaints made.
