Plaza Midwood doesn’t pride itself on polish. No, you come here to thumb through vinyl and to drink a beer or three on a patio. You ponder tattoos over pizza and vintage furniture over cornhole. You don’t mind getting your shoes dirty hightailing it from Central to Pecan. And you especially like the convenience of Charlotte's newest hotspots, like Resident Culture Brewery, being steps from your front door. And when you return home to Midwood Station, you appreciate the sheen of your quartz count...

Property Ratings at Midwood Station
Building parking lot lacks lighting and safety features to prevent crime but overall the building / amenities are nice. Car was stolen out of the parking lot shortly after moving in - so a more secure parking area would be nice, always use a steering wheel lock in the meantime.
I love Midwood Station! The complex is clean and beautiful. Our apartment is very spacious and the layout is perfect. The employees are fast to respond and happy to take care of any issues I have.
Great apartment, going on 3 years. Love the looks of the apartments inside and the location can't be beat. I love that there is a salon in the building and that its quiet at night. Only small complaints - pool is always dirty and its too small. Parking is horrible. Neighbors above make a ton of noise and never changes.
The new management is hit or miss. They seem to be doing some projects to help the exterior (i.e. paint the fences) but the interior of the building is going downhill. The carpet in the hallway and the walls in the hallways are musty and dinged up. The walls are paper thin and I can hear the people above me STOMPING all day and night. It’s literally incessant. There’s also someone who smokes foul smelling weed all day and it wafts through my bathroom vent and stinks up my whole apartment. I can’t wait to be out of this lease.
So far it’s been great!I recently moved it and had a smooth move in process. The neighbors I’ve met have been friendly. The only issue I’ve run across is bugs in the parking lot all over the cars but that is about it.
Everyone has been so helpful and welcoming ever since I moved in! I believe I am going to love living here. The staff is great and communication on their end is quick and easy
Car was stolen day after moving in, walked outside Saturday after moving in and my vehicle was gone from the parking lot. Cameras also don’t work in the parking lot and there’s a lack of lighting to deter theft.
Great place to live. Its super quiet, the office is always helpful and the inside is decorated amazing. If i had to be stupid picky - I would say the parking situation needs help and the pool could be nicer/bigger. Other than that, I love living at Midwood Station.
Everyone is great! Anytime I've needed repairs done they've come within a very timely manner. They keep all of the hallways and elevator very clean.
I have enjoyed my time here. It was rough at first, but, after moving units, we’ve been a lot happier here. The pros of this building: small, homier feel, clean, beautifully designed, fairly quiet, great location, haven’t had any major issues as far as maintenance goes. The cons: terrible parking lot, pool is basically a splash pad and so awkwardly placed in the middle of the parking lot, I can hear everything from my upstairs neighbor, and the apartments are so dark. Only having one tiny window for an entire apartment is pretty depressing.
I have enjoyed living here for over 4 years. My only concern is being priced out of my apartment with the rising rent cost. The location is great; close to some really cool venues and the apartments are lovely.
Super easy process and move in was great. The entire leasing process from start to finish was professional and the team was great to work with.
my partner and i have been living here for a few months now and it has been nothing short of wonderful. repairs happen in a timely manner, office staff is friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is beautiful. we love living here
So far, me and my partner have loved being a resident at Midwood Station. We moved in almost two months ago and move-in went smoothly, our apartment looks great, and the amenities are very nice. The only reason I took one star off is that the pool is quite small (although I knew it going into living here, it’s worth mentioning. I still use it and love having it though!)
I loved living at Midwood Station! Staff is so helpful, amenities are great, and the apartments are spacious and up to date. So close to everything in Plaza, too!
My experience with midwood station has quite honestly been terrible. The apartment has become very dirty with the dog trash bins outside overflowing and smelling, dog pee in the elevator, the clientele has gone down, and the maintenance workers do not do their job and are not extremely rude. I was thankfully able to move out early but I hated living here and felt unsafe.
I’ve loved living here the last three years. Everyone has felt like family and the location is perfect with having a gas station across the street, a grocery store two blocks away and breweries all around.
I recently moved to Midtown Station apartments and my moving-in process was smooth. The community is maintained really well and clean, has great features and is in a great neighborhood. Andrew at the leasing office was extremely prompt and helpful, he guided me through the entire process and made moving in from another State and Virtual viewing, applying and moving in a stress free process.
Living here has been great. Quiet community and walking distance from amazing shops and restaurants. My only complaint is that gym equipment I sometimes does not work.
I just recently toured Midwood Station and I think the community is beautiful. They have a really welcoming staff and the property looked great. I plan on leasing here in the next few months when my current lease ends.

Hi, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! We really appreciate your feedback!
Midwood Station really provided a great touring experience. I have looked at a handful of different places but they had the best energy and were really good at what they do. Even though they didn't much availability I would be happy to consider them down the road from now.

Hello, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review!
I moved in one month ago and it has been one issue after another. The day I moved in, my ceiling had a crack in it that they did not find, then once it started raining later in the day, water came through the ceiling. It took more than a week to get the crack repaired. Two weeks later, it rained again and the crack opened up and ceiling leaked again. The ceiling was repaired, but appears the paint is bubbling due to moisture above it. I left for a work trip for a little less than a week and returned yesterday to an apartment with no air conditioning. The thermostat read 85 upon my arrival. It was not fixed until 24 hours later. Today, they sent a note to residents about an unexpected water outage around noon. It has still not been fixed and the entire complex is without running water. the only update is that it may be fixed tomorrow morning. Stay away from this place, it has been a trainwreck.
