I live in the housing development across from this property. I don't think I've NOT heard this gate in the 7 years I've owned my home! Numerous calls to the office have been ignored. I'm just glad I'm NOT a tenant of the property because I'm sure service repair calls aren't handled any differently!

I lived in Milan for 2 years, in two different apartments. I paid my rent on time every month and never caused issues. I only submitted maintenance requests when absolutely necessary and tried to be a model tenant. They sent my renewal, and my rent was going up $262 a month. Obviously, I called the office to find out if this was for real and was told, "The owner feels like we are getting enough foot traffic coming in off the street, that we can afford to lose a few tenants." I was floored and decided to move out. I paid almost $275 and had the apartment professionally cleaned, but decided to let them clean the carpets with the pet fee of over $200 I paid upon moving in. When I called to find out where my refund was, I was told I was charged for carpet cleaning. I asked why they didn't use the pet fee to cover the carpet cleaning, I was told that the pet fee was for cleaning the unit. Ummm,I already had that done and they knew it because they released the key to the cleaning company. Are you so desperate for money, Milan, that you want to hold money for something you should be responsible for, and by the way did pay for with the pet fee after I moved out of the 1 bedroom I lived in the first year. Nice try. Do the right thing, or I will see you in court with the photos taken by me, and the cleaning company, after they were finished and the receipt for the professional cleaning. This place isn't the same complex it was when I moved in and now that I live in Trend, I am so much happier. FYI, I give it 2 stars because the maintenance staff was truly amazing, but that was all Milan had going for it honestly.
I made an appointment at 11:40am on 6/6/21, but none of the agent was in the leasing office. We arrived there 30 mins earlier, so didn’t mind waiting until the appointment time. However, even after 30 mins passed from the appointment time, zero person showed up in the office. What is the point of making an appointment then? I was able to see how unprofessional and unresponsive the management team of this property. I will never consider this place as my future residence or recommend this place to anybody. What an AWFUL experience. Thank you for making me wait under the VEGAS SUN IN JUNE, WASTING MY FREAKING TIME. The management team should learn how to work professionally.
Moved in around 7 months ago and it’s been nothing but problems. Front desk people are very rude. Maintained never comes you have to call constantly. We have had many problems from broken garbage disposals to constant bugs. We are very clean people trash gets taken out everyday and my house is kept clean daily. Others have had the same problem with bugs. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It is the worst place possible to give your money too. We are out of here the day our lease is up if not before. Do not waste your money on this place. Looks are not everything. It looks nice and it really is a nice apartment by the way it looks, plumbing is horrible. And like I said it took us over a week to get someone here to fix a garbage disposal. that was us calling everyday 3x a day if not more for it to be fixed. And on top of that it’s definitely not secure. They claim to have secure gates wnd such but we have learned that the cops are here 3-4x a month just sitting watching and we learned that there are frequent car break ins. The back gate is left open at all hours of the night for everyone to come in and kids jump the wall to use the pool at night. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!

This is hands down the worst experience ive ever had with an apartment complex. The security they have in place is horrible. The security gates are constantly broken and malfunction to the point that upon opening, it swung back and dented and scratched my girlfriends car. On top of that anyone is free to come in or out. We have been trying countless times to get ahold of management and they have been ignoring our calls and requests to speak with someone. The office staff is everything but helpful. The complex is constantly dirty and landscaping is poor. My roommates car was broken into last week. The pool was always dirty and closed for maintenence this summer. Despite the lack of maintenance our rent went up almost $100 upon renewing our lease. BIG MISTAKE!!! We will be breaking out lease early just to get out of here. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
I have been living in this apartment for the last 3 years. Every year they raise the rent by $30 there's many spiders and other insects around when you ask for a work order they always say that they're busy. You pay so much money to live in this place and they act like you're just another number in line. I would not live here if I was you, look for a better apartment for the price you're going to pay they don't care ...they just take your money every single month! So do not be fooled this place may look nice but they give you the worst service ever do not move here! I'm moving out this month!

Initially moved into this apartment complex because it was safe, affordable and the management company was fantastic. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. I would strongly recommend against moving into this community. The pool is lovely and many of the units are currently being renovated but they are more expensive than other communities in the area. The location is very convenient. The community does have a gate which is closed in the evening/overnight hours but they are often broken or left open. There is a night patrol service but it's done very little to deter crime in the community. Recently, there was a rash of car break-ins and the management company's response was simply. "I'm sorry". In general, the management company staff is not particularly helpful or friendly. I would strongly encourage residents or interested parties to get all information in writing, as policies, procedures and general information seem to change every time to speak to a staff member or from employee to employee.
I moved in not too long ago and definitely regret my desicion. I will be moving out as soon as possible. The apartment itself is really nice compared to my last place but the guy in the front office is such a con. I don't trust ANY of the management staff, I have had multiple problems with my apartment that were there before I moved in including things that were not up to code with safety inspections and they WOULD NOT compensate me what so ever and the guy in the front office told me to "use the back pool shower to take a shower" since my water heater wasnt up to code so the gas company wouldn't touch it unless they fixed it.. therefore no hot water for a week. you really expect me to shower naked in PUBLIC? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? definitely would not recommend this place due to the management and the fact that they promised the clubhouse and pool would be open before I moved in and now the guy in the front keeps lying about it and its not mid September of an opening date!!! They told me June. I'm paying for amenities that are not even there. Just ridiculous.
DO NOT EVEN LOOK HERE! I came in to find a new place to call home and the office staff is HORRIBLE! The guy in the office is the worst person to have in any office! I stopped here because a friend of mine highly recommended for me to see it and the girl in the office is so amazing you'll love it here! after leaving this awful place I asked who the heck she was talking about. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OVER PRICED AND AWFUL PEOPLE
Renting a 2bed with attached garage. Apartments are solidly built and well lit. Everything works, etc. Main problem is that management doesn't seem to be patrolling the complex at night. I have neighbors parking their cars on the street in front of their garages (not inside it and w/ garage door closed) overnight with no repercussions. Once, I even had a neighbor leave their car unattended for a full hour in the middle of the road, completely blocking access to the garage I'm paying extra for. So if the main draw for you to rent here is the attached garage, good luck.
The one thing I dislike is there is no incentive to get a 15 month lease it is the same price as the other lease for 12 months. But it is a beautiful place and the staff is amazing.
This apartment complex is awesome! The location is perfectly located between all of the stores you could ever need. Conveniently located about 10 minutes from school and the airport. It has 2 pools which are heated and an awesome back trail for walking dogs.
We have been in Savannah for four years now. Apartments are of good quality and we have amenities that a lot of places don't offer. It is comfortable here and the residents are very nice. There have been some management changes lately that got rid of little perks in the clubhouse, as well as the annual events they used to hold. So overall good, but some things haven't changed for the better.
We really like the apartments. The new remodel is great. The wood floors and new fixtures and ceiling fans are modern. It feels like we live in a condo rather than an apartment. The office staff and new manager are very accessible and friendly. If we ever have a problem, the maintenance staff is very helpful and prompt. We recommend the apartment.
The apartment is nice, for a 1 bedroom. The people who work here are excellent. Maintenance, Office, etc. Only complaint the neighbor upstairs. Very noisy
