All of the staff here are very friendly. Getting minor issues fixed like a broken blind are fixed really fast. I love how quiet it is and it's a peaceful area.

So Far I am happy with my new home. The staff has been patient and helpful. Ms. Patel was Great. My family had a long wait but she made sure that we were still able to move on time.

I love these apartments and apartment staff and being service staff is so nice . I love the grounds are kept up and grass is cut . And that they have activities that they do with residents. I hope they Have pumpkin carving contest they have last year.Thankyou to everyone!!

Milestone is a wonderful place to live. Neighbors are nice. Personnel in front office are delightful, courteous and respectful. Grounds are kept in good condition. Maintenance workers are respectful and they get the jobs done in a highly satisfactory manner. Close to shopping centers.

I am super excited to be a milestone resident, the service request resolution time is super cool and some times the people care about the cleanliness of my home and that is excellent.

So far living here has been amazing, the leasing office staff are always so helpful and supportive whenever I need help with something. The neighbors are also super sweet.

Our apartment is well maintained and the staff is supportive and responsive. The apartment is spacious with lot of natural light. The location is perfect with grocery stores just a walk away.

I would never live here again. I would never recommend someone to live here. The grilles outside have not been working for a very long time, among many other things. Leaks and noise. I have never heard of making a "scheduled time" to go to the pool.

The ambience is good. Well maintained parks and side walks. Service requested are taken care on a timely manner. The rent is little bit on the higher side but the location of the apartment justifies that. Right on exit 16 on 270

I love the apartment! The space is great for my family. I just wish the appliances worked better when we moved in. We’ve had issues with the garbage disposal not working the first night, the stove taking a while to start warming up, and the dryer not working.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed to find an apartment fast and I was shown one that I love. The process of filling out the application was quick along with the rest of the steps and I was able to move in quickly.

If you like a quant, cozy living arrangement, this is the place. It is cozy.m. It is quiet. The leasing office is very friendly, engaging, and communicative. As far as surrounding and a daily commute, there are a plethora of retail and grocery options and 270 north and south are both about two minutes away.

It is ALMOST good. Maintenance staff is responsive and responsible; grounds are spacious and well kept, except sidewalks are in need of repair; and location is good if that i important to you. BIG Negative. you can hear everything from your neighbors as there does not seem to be much insulation between walls and ceilings..

My experience started with Tanisha! She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Made me feel comfortable with my choice to live here and communicated every step of the way. Paul managed my requests like a pro. His maintenance crew showed up and made my new home perfect! I love all of the upscale fixtures. The housekeeping crew came in and made my home shine. Very professional and personable. I’m 100% satisfied with my choice to live at Milestone and look forward to enjoying our campus amenities. The amazon hub is amazing! I love the idea of having cluster mailboxes! The trash and recycle area is professionally managed. Looking forward to settling in and enjoying my new apartment home!

Apartments need to be updated for the amount you pay in rent. When they switched over to the new management it was a mess with the rent. Everything had to be paid by check or money order only. It took 4 months to get an online portal set up again so we could be able to pay online again. They did not have access to the water bills during these months either and we were just told to pay the same amount. We do not know if we are going to get bills later for the remaining amount. Not good communication on the leasing office.

I love my community ?? my apartment is beautiful. The location is near everything you need. My kids school is right across the street which is a plus.

I've been living here sine Feb 2020 in a 1 bed apt and honestly it has been an overall great experience. The only noise I hear through the walls are loud heavy bass music but nothing more. The appliances are basic but modern and never broke down in 3 years. Lots of families live here and fairly quiet depending on how close your building is to Father Hurley BLVD. Wegmans, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc. are right across the street. Maintenance is completed within 24hrs and free open parking for you and guests! Downsides are some people with dogs don't pick up the poop; Parking can get sparse after 8pm (need to park farther away); So many speed bumps; Occasional noise from the freeway; Dumpster fills super quick and you may walk a distance to get to it. Only moving because I needed a location closer to DC for my new job. Otherwise I would've stayed!

The management is the worst here instead of trying to help me fix the problem of mice in my apartment they sent me a email that I have to leave here and I have 2 children with no place to go. These people don’t care about you just the money and I advise anyone not to love here.

The Milestone Apt Homes is a quiet community and a nice place to live in I'm moving to a ground-level unit the leasing staff are friendly they keep these units in check I've been here for almost 12 years and never had any complaints I think is to quiet in my building

The management here is awful and impossible to get a hold of. The staff are unorganized and you’ll get very different responses to issues from everyone. Nobody is on the same page here. Maintenance requests used to be handled quickly, but now get no attention at all. Our dishwasher leaked water all over the kitchen and nobody came to check or fix this...it’s been weeks. I’ve lived in several apartments and this has been the absolute worst!

This is the best apartment society you can find in Germantown! The maintenance is quick, the landscaping is beautiful, every apartment has a sense of privacy because of the way they have arranged their trees. Their renovated apartments are downright gorgeous! I absolutely love the island top in my house! You feel quality in their flooring, counter tops, appliances and washroom fittings. The spring season in these apartments are out of this world beautiful. Moving in was such a piece of cake, Bhavna was so patient and understanding with us, we saw the apartment 3 times before moving in! She was helping us visualize our furniture with us like a friend with an inch tape and everything :) . The gym and the pool are very well maintained. In winter the snow is constantly cleared out so you dont need to fear your car slipping in the parking lot. I really have so many nice things to say for this apartment, This is the second time I am living in these apartments, had to move out to pursue higher education for an year, and that speaks amounts about this place!

We were residents at Milestone for over 2 years, and now have moved out to a better apartment. Since this move, we realized that Milestone apartments had many flaws including: a confusing layout for the community (almost no one could ever find out exact building!), the pool is small and not well maintained, and we did not find the maintenance or front office employees to be very friendly. In our building the outside lights would go out frequently (at least once per month) which made for an unsafe environment and was extremely inconvenient when having to leave for work before the sun was up or getting home at night! It made us feel incredibly unsafe and I nearly tripped and fell down the stairs multiple times when the lights were out. Maintenance staff was not helpful in solving this problem, nor were they quick to solve it. At first we had a valet trash service, but that was quickly taken away without any reduction in rent. This was one of the services front office staff “sold” us on when we first toured the apartment complex and we lost it within months of moving in. Now they have poorly maintained trash bins throughout the community which overflow frequently. Upon moving out of our apartment the staff was extremely rude and would not help us retrieve our mail that we know was accidentally delivered to our old apartment. Overall they were not very helpful with the move out process. I would recommend not moving into this apartment complex.

I had a wonderful short stay at Milestone apartments, Germantown. I needed a short-term lease for a rental while I was in between houses. Milestone was the only property that was amenable to the request for a 3 month lease and we are truly grateful for that. The premises are well maintained, the staff is kind, attentive and professional. Bhavna and team are competent, sincere and very considerate in their interaction with tenants. Maintenance issues are logged, tracked and resolved in a timely manner, notifications for delivered packages are almost instant and there's always someone to hand them out in the office. The gym is well equipped and clean. I will highly recommend this property.

I don't like this apartment complex because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone's conversations and loud stomping on the floors (I live on the second floor of this three level complex and our upstairs neighbor stomps around very loudly all throughout the night and morning!) We have complained to management numerous times and the issue has not been resolved in the last 8 months since my roommates and I have been here! Luckily we will be moving out of the apartment complex and moving into a townhome in the next few months. Don't waste your time here!

There are severe maintenance issues and lack of accountability by the property manager. Bozzuto took over management of the milestone property in the spring of 2014. Since Bozzuto came onboard, a lot of effort is taken to attract new tenants but very little effort is taken to accommodate current tenants. The property manager Brian cuts corners in repairing or replacing appliances, it is not uncommon for tenants to wait months to have an appliance such as dishwasher or hot water heater replaced. Also under the new management there are severe issues with trash pick up. Many tenants have nightmare stories to share about the property management as do some of their previous employees. The management frequently fails in accurately accounting rent payments and overall is just extremely sloppy with details. If you do consider moving in you may want to first do a background check on the property and the current management including the regional manager - complaints have been filed with tenant/landlord affairs.

The Milestone Apartments in Germantown has been a great experience for the past two years. The management and maintenance of the facility has been superior to other apartment dwellings that I've resided at in the past. The management team responds within 24 to 48 hours to service requests and consistently exceeds my expectations regarding their high level of professionalism. The maintenance staff is courteous and take pride in keeping the entire complex clean and well maintained. It has a state of the art fitness facility with a outdoor swimming pool that is staffed with courteous lifeguards and comfortable surroundings for both adults and children. The peaceful atmosphere gives a wonderful suburban environment feel, but is within walking distance to all of the shopping and restaurants right in your own backyard. Its a place that you'd want to call home. Finally the highway is very close with access to all points in the DMV area making it easy to get to the places that we work and play. Great job Bozzuto! Quiet community, great area just across the street from Milestone shopping center. Apartment is perfect size - bathroom and kitchen are my favorite!

Reasons why I love Milestone 1)Bozzuto Managed (which is the best) 2)Green opened spaces 3)Dog park 4) 24 hour GYM 5) Parking is always opened 6) Animal friendly with pet stations 7) Leasing office is breathtakingly gorgeous 8)residents are nice (generally) 10) Great running paths 11) excellent school systems I love Milestone and I am planning to stay for as long as I can!

The area is very pleasant to live in , I just don't think they assist the people living in the apartment towards their needs. It takes the leasing office a very long time fix anything..it is more like a struggle to remind them of their job.

The apartment location is great. There is a huge shopping center within walking distance that you can buy anything you want. The area is very safe so you can walk outside even at night time without problems. The people at the office are mostly friendly. The apartments are nice and clean. Balcony is very nice. The grass is very well maintained. Some cons: 1) Parking is not very good at the apartment I stayed at. Sometimes it is hard to find a spot when I come home at night. Other parking lots have plenty of parking though. 2) The apartments have thin walls. So sometimes I can hear my neighbor in the bed room. 3) The mail box is located away from the apartment buildings. It is located in a area that is shared by many apartment buildings, so it is inconvenient to get mails. 4) Little expensive, but it is Germantown, all apartments are pretty expensive.
