Dirty and noisy apartment complexes. Dogs poop every where and smell of cannabis all around the compound. After moving out from their apartment , they unfairly and unnecessarily fined you. Very unprofessional behavior. Very overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The gym facility is often too warm, making workouts uncomfortable, and lacks disinfectant wipes for equipment cleaning. Additionally, some equipment, like the stationary bike, needs repairs. The HVAC system within the apartments can be quite noisy, which may be disruptive, especially at night. Residents have also noted that water pressure is lower than ideal, affecting daily use. Lastly, while communication from management is appreciated, the frequency of email notifications can be excessive. Overall, the apartment provides a comfortable living space, but addressing these concerns would enhance the resident experience.

I’ve had a wonderful time here so far. My neighbors are nice and it’s quiet for the most part. My only complaints would be finding the occasional bug even during the winter time, though I am on the first floor so I’m not surprised. I also keep running into the issue of the trash compactor being full when I go to take my trash which is a little annoying as it’s the closest trash to my apartment and the next closest one is a bit of a walk.

I am very impressed with this complex. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is because of the washer and drier. I love the full size but they are really cheap. It takes over 1 hour to dry towels and no delicate cycle on washer. I lived in other apartments and this does not feel like you live in an apartment complex. Very clean and quite.

The apartment complex is a bit over priced, and the dog poop all over the complex is ridiculous. I would love to use the "dog park" but that to is in no state for seven a dog to use.

Management really doesn't care about residents. Maintenance is good. Some leasing staffs are good, but felt the property manager is really rude and doesn't care.

All of the staff here are very friendly. Getting minor issues fixed like a broken blind are fixed really fast. I love how quiet it is and it's a peaceful area.

Our apartment is well maintained and the staff is supportive and responsive. The apartment is spacious with lot of natural light. The location is perfect with grocery stores just a walk away.

I would never live here again. I would never recommend someone to live here. The grilles outside have not been working for a very long time, among many other things. Leaks and noise. I have never heard of making a "scheduled time" to go to the pool.

The ambience is good. Well maintained parks and side walks. Service requested are taken care on a timely manner. The rent is little bit on the higher side but the location of the apartment justifies that. Right on exit 16 on 270

I love the apartment! The space is great for my family. I just wish the appliances worked better when we moved in. We’ve had issues with the garbage disposal not working the first night, the stove taking a while to start warming up, and the dryer not working.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed to find an apartment fast and I was shown one that I love. The process of filling out the application was quick along with the rest of the steps and I was able to move in quickly.
If you like a quant, cozy living arrangement, this is the place. It is cozy.m. It is quiet. The leasing office is very friendly, engaging, and communicative. As far as surrounding and a daily commute, there are a plethora of retail and grocery options and 270 north and south are both about two minutes away.

Paul managed my requests like a pro. His maintenance crew showed up and made my new home perfect! I love all of the upscale fixtures. The housekeeping crew came in and made my home shine. Very professional and personable. I’m 100% satisfied with my choice to live at Milestone and look forward to enjoying our campus amenities. The amazon hub is amazing! Apartments need to be updated for the amount you pay in rent. When they switched over to the new management it was a mess with the rent. Everything had to be paid by check or money order only. It took 4 months to get an online portal set up again so we could be able to pay online again. They did not have access to the water bills during these months either and we were just told to pay the same amount. We do not know if we are going to get bills later for the remaining amount. Not good communication on the leasing office.

I've been living here sine Feb 2020 in a 1 bed apt and honestly it has been an overall great experience. The only noise I hear through the walls are loud heavy bass music but nothing more. The appliances are basic but modern and never broke down in 3 years. Lots of families live here and fairly quiet depending on how close your building is to Father Hurley BLVD. Wegmans, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, etc. are right across the street. Maintenance is completed within 24hrs and free open parking for you and guests! Downsides are some people with dogs don't pick up the poop; Parking can get sparse after 8pm (need to park farther away); So many speed bumps; Occasional noise from the freeway; Dumpster fills super quick and you may walk a distance to get to it. Only moving because I needed a location closer to DC for my new job. Otherwise I would've stayed!
