Property Ratings at Milford Station at Pikesville
Moved in January 18,2024. I love my studio apartment. Its very spacious and lots of closet space. Hard wood floors are gorgeous.Love the neighborhood. Close to stores and bus lines. The rental office staff is very nice. Brenda is very nice. I would recommend my family and friends to live here.
I lived here for years and the entire time I have lived here my air conditioning hasn't worked. I have sent in request after request after request to get it fixed and I am always met with either silence or broken promises. You should be advertising that you have these amenities if you aren't even going to fix them when they break. There's no pool, no ac, the plumbing is practically falling apart, and the entire bathroom was treated with the imfamous "landlord special". I don't expect for half of the tenants living here to be here for much longer because at this rate I certainly won't.
The pictures are false Advertisement the grounds of the complex’s are dirty, trash area was filthy. The hallway up to the apartment I was viewing smell bad the price their asking isn’t worth it! Might I add the apartment it self is very out dated please do not waste your time & this is me just from reviewing the apartment.
This property has one entrance....blink too fast and you will miss it. But all in all if you enjoy thin walls loud neighbors and mice infestation then this is the place for you. I hope you don’t enjoy privacy because if so you may end up forgetting what privacy feels like. A trip to your car becomes a vacation. Do yourself a favor by saving your time and money and look the other way.

I rented this apartment two months ago payed for everything, when I got this apartment was with very very poor condition human can’t live. When I got this apartment they gave me a lot of promises to fix the apartment’s condition problems. There are a lot of poor stuff and equipment inside. It’s already 2 months passed but no result. I called asked beg them to repair my poor and broken equipments and stuff. But no result anyway. They don’t care about people and customers. Keep working like this, and continue make people crazy
