Property Ratings at Mill 800
Flew in last week and after touring endless places, I have to say I was by far wowed by these apartments! Annie answered all of my questions since I'm moving from out of state and this is a new experience for me. I realized the kindness and customer service I was shown after a few places wouldn't tour without a known move in date. Thank you, Annie! I will be back!
Their maintenance requests take forever to be completed, if they ever even get attended to in the first place. Property manager then gets an attitude with you for following up about uncompleted tasks.
Lived here for almost a year. The parking situation is terrible. If you have visitors, good luck trying to explain where to park but that's not the worst part. All the apartments share the same water heater and of course they tried to cut corners with that too because if you try to take a shower anytime between 7-8am (When most people need to shower to go to work) you'll have to have a cold shower. There has been days when it's snowing outside and there is no hot water. I have called and complained about this several times and not once I've received a response. As soon as my lease is up I'm out of here. When looking at this place ask how many people have renewed their original lease, that should tell you everything you need to know about this place. They trap you with a ridiculously high fee if you want to break your lease and they don't provide basic amenities like hot water.
This place is a joke! They built an apartment building with 170 units, many of which are 2 or 3 bedrooms. Apparently, they thought 155 parking spots would be enough. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that is a major problem. Their "solution" is to put boots on cars not parked in spots, and charge residents $120 to have them removed! Well, when my wife comes home from work late at night having spent her day saving lives in the emergency room and there are NO SPOTS LEFT, where else are we supposed to park? I can tell you for sure that I'm not going to let her park across the creek in a dimly lit gravel lot next to a former strip club so she can walk uphill in the dark to a door that doesn't even lock properly (and hasn't for months!) We cannot wait to move out of here! Don't waste your time or money here. This place is awful!
