I enjoy living at Mill Creek Manor. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. The property is well taken care of ,quiet and safe. Maintenance issues are responded to and taken care of quickly. The property manager is great at her job and has made our decision to move here a confident one

Upon move in there is a renter pre inspection, unfortunately if you do not check option for immediate repair the repairs are never made. We have requested a railing or resolution to the outside steps sinking making it difficult for those of us who have trouble navigating higher steps, six months later and into inclement weather the problem has not been resolved. We had mentioned to manager before move in the condition of the front door jam that it need repaired and were told it would be done. One year later door jam is the same, with nails sticking up. They advertise how energy efficient widows are, Ha! I can sit on the sofa and feel the cold air coming in from the window. Bedroom windows are even worse. If you run cold this is definitely not the place for you. The trash area is totally disgusting, perhaps it's because the manager tells new residents that it's ok to just drop bags right at the entrance, nevertheless it smells really bad in the summer and when residents move out you can't even get to the dumpster. as far as the fitness center goes.... a lot of the equipment is broken so good luck with that. Just so disappointed but unfortunately we cannot afford to move any time soon. Hope this helps others to avoid the unfortunate mistake we made.
These apartments are fantastic for a small family or even a few college roommates. All the buildings are well-maintained and are modern in terms of design, amenities, and layout. For those with lots of electronics, there are plenty of outlets and space in the open layouts for personalization. Also, easily-accessible walkways to the newly-constructed Sheetz, elementary school, Comet Fields, Crossway Church, and adjacent plaza.
Mill Creek Manor is simply amazing! From the great atmosphere to the wonderful maintenance they do to keep the landscaping top-notch. The Townhomes are wonderfully equipped with everything needed to live and enjoy your home. I love this place!!!
