Property Ratings at Mill Pond Apartments
I believe the location is a nice place, but some of the neighbors have been a bit loud at times. There isn't a security officer to report things to that I know of, so when the office is closed it feels like you are out of luck.
Its a laid back quiet community and they do fix issues in the apartment in a timely manner. Better than other apartments. I would recommend them to others for sure.
its close to my work, the park, jogging trails, shopping, river
Its very peaceful and the personnel is very welcoming.

Thank you for the 5 Star review of Mill Pond Apartments!
There in no comment for the apartment community really clean and quite very likely..I really love the apartment no question about it
It's a nice area close to 18 and 405 and less expensive than many other apartments.
Twice Maintaince has been in my place for service and left my door unlocked
I would because it’s a friendly environment and definitely a good place to start if you meet the standards
I would tell my friends that its a nice place to stay. Quit and close to store and mall and hospitals and schools.
Personnel are helpful and are willing to work with you. Also very good at communication with me as a tenant.
Mill Pond is a great place to live, and close to many day to day shops and amenities.
I will recommend this Apartments because so far I still call it a home because it's nice clean in the most important thing it's quiet neighborhood.
The management and location are the two aspects that stand out most to me. Stephanie is awesome, and always so personable and on top of everything going on. I love the off the location as it is close to shopping and everything we need, but is set back off any main roads. My biggest complaint is the constant smell of weed. The fact that it wasn?t allowed to be smoked on the property was one of the things we were most relieved about when moving in. The fact that people still do on such a regular basis is maddening. It?s very frustrating not being able to leave our screen door and windows open without having to shut them over and over again through the day to keep our the horrible smell
I would recommend Mill Pond apartments because the manager is wonderful and it?s a nice quiet place to live.
Rent goes up every year, however the unit interior and appliances were already dated when I moved in and so far have not been updated to justify the rising cost of rent. Rates are beginning to surpass actual value. There are places with better amenities for the price.
I would highly recommend mill pond apartments to anyone. Stephanie goes above and beyond and always exceeds your expectations. She made moving a breeze for us. She stayed in contact with us the entire time to make sure our move in went smoothly.
Although in a nice part of Auburn I would not advise moving into these apartments. They are WAY over priced for only having a tiny gym that isn't even open 24/7. It is only open Tues.-Sat. from 8am-10pm consistently because of the managers days off. There is no pool, or tanning or parks in the community. Parking is terrible and if you are parked a little sideways you will get a complaint or a lovely note on your car from your neighbors. The people of the community are rude and make complaints, which management severely follows up with NO proof at all, giving you a 10 day notice or vacate letter for ONE complaint with NO proof. People of the community do not follow leash laws and do not pick up after their pets- but management does nothing about those complaints. I would NOT reccomend Mill Pond, it is WAY over priced for what they "say" they offer.
Stephanie goes out of her way for each and every resident, to make sure that they are very well taken care of, and their needs are not just met, but exceeded. She alone, is the reason I would/ have recommended this community.
It seems like an excellent living place. They seem to be highly interested in tenants needs, and have wonderful amenities.
This is a great complex in a great location. The upgraded units are mostly worth the increased rent. Management has always been great.
The cost is high for the age of the apartments and the cost of utilities is not included in the rent. Lots of big and small dogs on property that sometimes bark. There are not enough dumpsters in the complex for the amount of garbage. The parking is very limited. I would recommend it as it is a quiet complex and in a convenient location. The refurbishments are nice, however, new washers and dryers would be a great place to replace aging appliances.
this apartment is the first one that i have ever had and i love it. the atmosphere is great and its close to my work. the people are decent but keep to themselves a lot so i never get bothered by my neighbors at all.
