Clementon is an attractive south Jersey community that provides an affordable yet charming setting for renters looking for a little peace and quiet but who want to remain close to the city of Camden. You’ll find plenty of low-lying apartment rentals and single-family homes in Clementon, all centered around the junction where the area’s main thoroughfares meet. At this intersection you’ll find neighborhood pubs, cafes, Mexican restaurants, and big-box stores. Residents can take care of most of their errands without leaving Clementon. Clementon Park and Splash World is the perfect spot for kids during the summer, and just five minutes away in the town of Berlin sits Sahara Sam’s Oasis Outdoor and Indoor Waterpark, meaning you won’t have to go far to keep the family entertained. Camden is just a 25-minute drive northwest, and Philadelphia another ten minutes past that.

Property Ratings at Millbridge Gardens
Been here for a few years now and every year I dread the changing of the seasons. I’ve had crickets, frogs, centipedes, spiders, and an abundance of house flies. The flies come back every year at the end of winter. I don’t know where they are coming from but it’s very annoying. Then they say “small breeds” allowed but I’ve seen dogs way over 25lbs. Bully breeds too. I’m surrounded by barking dogs to the point that you can’t work from home or dare try and sleep. My neighbors dog cries for hours when they leave, they lock the dog in the bedroom and no matter how many times you report it nothing gets done. So if you like peace don’t move here.
There is no on call maintenance. If your toilet gets clogged on Friday, you will have to live with it until the office opens on Monday or fix it yourself. If your washer breaks good luck with getting that replaced before a two week wait. Hot water is also something that you pay for but is often lacking. Drug deals go down here and the dumpsters often overflow. If you have no choice but to come here good luck until you can do better. If you can afford something better run.
I include “spiders” in the bug category and as of RIGHT NOW, I’ve had FOUR LARGE BLACK SPIDERS come into the apartment. I’ve had ants, I’ve had numerous centipedes, I’ve had wasps, I’ve had many worms, I’ve had slug looking worms, and other numerous spiders as well. It is a nightmare living here! We’ve had two exterminators who didn’t seem to care what was going on, not compassionate at all! We’ve had maintenance come twice, and if it wasn’t for my husband, nothing would’ve been done the second time around! The maintenance guy did not want to caulk anything! There are dead worms all over the sidewalks in front of the apartment too. The laundry area doesn’t have a working card machine, so we can’t even use it, and only one of the washers or dryers works. Plus it’s always messy in there between the dead insects and all of the trash and lint! The kitchen cabinets in the apartment are old, the tub and tiles are old. The paint that was applied at the bottom of the cabinets stick to our mugs and plates. Besides that, it’s a nice little apartment but after everything that’s been happening, I cannot wait to leave!
I haven't had a problem that wasn't QUICKLY resolved. I find all of the women in the office cheerful and approachable. I don't know why the negativity. I have been here for almost a year and a half and my experiences have been positive.
There’s a whole new management that’s worse than the group they had, and the property manager that stayed is the rudest one of them ALL. They are extremely unprofessional, they WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING within a timely matter, and it’s DIRTY!!! There’s trash and dog poop all over the place! Not to mention it’s not a safe area either!
My leasing agent is Siani. I believe the title for Ashley is property manager. These two ladies have been phenomenal in assisting and reassuring me in my moving process from another state. You should consider yourself lucky to have them assist you. God forbid, if there is any reason why I can't move in on the date I have been given, it will not be on them. God willing, if my move goes forth as scheduled, stay tuned for my follow up review.
The unit I lived in still had the original AC unit. Repeated requests for repairs were ignored, delayed, or dismissed. Summer utility bills exceeded $400/month. No concern or compassion from management. Bought a house to get out from under them, and they attacked my income and literally drained my bank account for back rent. Despicable people.
best apartments i've been in with and excellant staff maintenace crew only have too report a problem once and it's quickly fixed.
My apartment is upgraded and love the stainless steel kitchen appliances. The counter tops and cabinets are modern as well as floors. The washer and dryer is so convenient and never had problems in the 3 1/2 years. It's close to the pool tennis court an easy trail for stores on Blackwood Clementon. The Den is huge enough for a bedroom. Closet space is great and the central air is superb. The balcony is great for sitting or just site seeing. Any repairs needed are done in great timing.
I truly love my apartment. Very cozy and I enjoy coming home everyday. My son and I spend most of our days in the backyard near the pool just enjoying the neighborhood. I think it's a great place for first time families and single moms! Oh yes, the staff is very friendly too!
Outdated kitchen and bath.bedroom is decent size.the outside area is poorly maintained.some graffiti on buildings and dumpsters. Landscaping is shoddy at best.laundry rooms are horrible at best. Filthy is a word that comes to mind for the washers.my senior citizen neighbor actually will clean the laundry room that her and I use however so if you time it right you"re good to use that facility after she cleans it. The rent constantly goes up and the complexs surroundings constantly goes downhill
Leasing office is very adamant about on time payments but decent place to live overall. Plenty of resources surrounding the area.
First of all my family consist of 7. My turtles, dogs, daughter, girlfriend and myself. We moved to the state of NJ because of our family. I work in the city of brotherly love Philadelphia, PA. We live in our 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Clementon. The apartment complex is called Milbridge a cozy quiet neighborhood filled with lovely neighbors. We love our apartment because of the size , amenities and convenience of location. Perfectly located for my job and my partners University. The maintenance team in our development is very dedicated, friendly and fast acting. I would like to Thank Apartments.com for helping my Family find our Home.
I live in SDK Millbridge Gardens apartments. The rent is supposed to 765.00, but it never was. Now they raised it to 815.00. Right now I'm currently out work & honestly don't know where I'll be living next month. Since the rent went up it got really hard for me to pay that & my other bills. Oh this rent includes sewer. Never heard of paying sewer for renting an apartment.
I lived in Millbride 10yrs ago and decided after living in different apartment complexes...it was the best one.The apartment and neighborhood are good. The pool and tennis court's are great play spots for my kids.It has all the shopping stores you need around it and it's only 5 mins from the highway.Overall Millbride is a great place to alone or with your family.
It looks very homely and cozy. Ample parking spaces, and away from highway noise.
I recently relocated to Florida. I miss New Jersey and my apartment at Millbridge Gardens. They provided a great living environment.
