Quite a few amenities and very secure environment great place to live in excellent service from the owners

I've been here 4 years. The first 2 were great, great neighbors and a quiet community. Since then, allow me to provide a few examples of a normal day at this not-technically-government-housing facility. 1. The mom of the "family" of 8 downstairs cusses out her children nightly, then comes to tell me I need to keep it down because I'm walking on my floor. Nor does she realize how loud her mouth is when she rants about whatever she's all Karen'd up about at that moment. 2. When I got a dog, I had to jump through a lot of hoops to verify that she wasn't an aggressive breed (she's a Australian Shepherd so the shepherd part raised a flag. The people in my building have a pit bull that growls and pulls their owner anytime a dog goes near them. She's an elderly lady who has a hard time keeping such a massive animal under control, and is going to cause someone to get seriously injured. 3. I'm actually writing this review at 1 A.M. on a weeknight since the guy downstairs loves reving his engine on his motorcycle and blast music whenever he likes. 4. Broken glass for a week now on the sidewalk. Trash constantly overflowing from bins. Cigarette butts on the stairs. Just to name a few examples of the breathtaking visuals you get here. 5. If you don't like cigarette smoke, don't worry. The weed smoke will eventually overtake that smell. This place still has a very negative reputation around here. While they can renovate all they want, take pretty well-lit pictures and post them on their advertisements, it's still just Milford Commons. If you are from this area, you know what I mean. If you aren't, ask someone who is (seriously, one time a colleague asked me where I lived. When I told him, he asked me if I needed financial assistance). Take my advice look elsewhere, ESPECIALLY if you have children. This is a horrible, horrible place.

I've been at Millcroft for over 5 years and it is a great place to call home. The management is always super helpful and quick to act or respond if there is any issue.

Never heard about Millcroft Apartments before, but now that my friend lives there...I see why she loves it so much! The townhouses are nice, big and tucked away. I know the kids love swimming and riding their bikes around.

I feel welcomed when I come into this place. if I ever have any questions I know I can call the Office and get answers. Everything is clean and safe. The people there are so sweet and the pool is clean and fun to stay at. I would recommend this to anyone!!

This community is very quiet and very clean. The manager is ready to help with anything you need. The pool area is so nice and the residents are too.

Having this being my first apartment, i was terrified about the whole process. The staff helped me through it the whole time and made it so easy to get these beautiful apartments.

I've lived here 3 years office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Apartments are conveniently located to expressway, stores and restraunts. Nice Dog park Great place to live!

Very nice community. They are very responsive to any issues that may arise. Beautiful place to call home.

My girlfriend and her friend moved into apt. 806 a few weeks ago and I’ve been very impressed so far with the design layout and location. It’s very comfortable and spacious.

It’s a nice, cozy place to live. It’s very close to entertainment and restaurants. Not a far drive for a lot of things around that area!

Great place to live. Have been here 5 years and have never had any issues. Management is great and the maintenance is very well kept. New pool is amazing and the gym and park are great too. I would definitely recommend Millcroft a place to call home.

The manager Tony is the best! I've known him professionally for over four years. From one manager to another property manager, the turn around of this property from what it looked like when it was Milford Commons to now is crazy! It's clean, quiet, and the common areas are amazing! If you are looking for a nice place to live I suggest stopping in and getting a tour.

Just a quick review, I just moved in and Tony the manager was great! He made everything very simple and was able to help me in every step of my moving process and for that I give them a 5 stars and hope that Towne Properties really know what kind of manager they have and how much he cares about his residents and future residents.

I just had to write a review since I move here we have had many community parties and the manager(Tony) even did a Free donuts for everyone at 5am to start our day off. I don't see this anywhere else?? Thanks Bob

I just moved into this community but I got to say I'm very impress with the way they take care of things and the office staff is so good to us just the other day we had a donuts and coffee for Free to all residents and the manager came in to the property at 530am to make sure everyone got donuts before work. I recently moved into Millcroft Apartments and I really like it here so far. My apartment is so nice! And the community is always clean and looks great. I'm looking forward to next summer to use the pool and all the cool outdoor amenities they have for us. I was told they have resident parties too, so that will be fun! Glad I made a good choice and picked a good apartment complex to call home.

I absolutely love the layout of the 2 bedroom town homes! The office staff Andrea and Tony are so friendly and super nice! I highly recommend Millcroft Apartments & Townhomes to anyone looking for a new place to live!

I was looking for a clean and quiet place that I could raise my child and with being a single Mom it's hard to find. I love the new flowers and my apartment is so cool and the staff is Great. I think I have told so many people about Millcroft and I do hope they share my thoughts with others but better yet check them out yourself and see how Amazing they are.

Millcroft Apartments have seen a complete transformation during the last few years. The buildings (hallways and laundry rooms) are kept very clean and grounds are beautifully maintained. The management, office and maintenance staff here provide excellent service. The only small issue I've seen is a lack of parking spaces. Only occasionally when I am out late, there won't be parking next to my building.
