We moved to Millennium Apartments in December, and we love everything so far. All the staff members are very kind, including the manager, administrators, and maintenance people. They are all very polite and helpful. For everything we had to fix or anytime we needed information, it didn't take more than 24h for them to resolve/answer back. They are the kind of people you want to invite for a coffee. The apartment is great: high ceilings, big windows, and very spacious. Everything inside is high quality, including fans, cabinets, granite, and floors. The neighbors are also very nice, and our community has food trucks every Friday! Besides that, we are also 5/10 minutes from everything. I have nothing bad to say about this place at this moment. We are very happy here.

Millennium is a great property. Unfortunately, people leave bad reviews because the staff actually takes action on them for not following the rules of the property. Our 2 bedroom is affordable and was very clean and ready upon our move in first day. We have had nothing but good interactions with the office team. The property manager is very experienced and friendly. The leasing team and maintenance team is always ready to help. We are loving Florida life and our lives here at Ft. Myers Millennium!

I moved in about 8 months ago and I love it here. I work nights and was a little leary about the noise between the levels but I haven’t had any issues. I also use the 24hr fitness center which is super convenient. As far as management everyone has been so incredibly helpful and sweet. The maintenance team is also quick and responsive. I look forward to my renewal in a few months!

The have a nice staff and maintenance team, always responds on time to any problems I have, neighborhood is quite and clean!! Would definitely recommend moving here, also the community park is really close by for a nice evening walks!

Out of nowhere they started to charge their residents for parking than they had the nerve to charge guest $10 a night to stay over night.

They just implemented a new rule requiring you to pay to register your car to park if you miss the registration period, and guests have to pay 10 dollars to park their car for the night, every night. None of these fees were in the lease agreement. Also, they always send property wide emails to everyone threatening fines, it’s like they never to try be nice and just assume the worst in everyone. They cycle through staff, the lower level employees themselves are always nice, but management and whoever writes the complex wide emails is not. On the positive side, maintenance is usually pretty quick to resolve any AC issues within a day or so.

By all means avoid this dumpster fire! It’s a college complex. Wouldn’t even recommend college kids to stay there. Been through 2-3 management companies in 6 months! All they want is your money. Since I moved in it’s been horrible. Place was not move in ready. (Broken light fixtures, old tenants stuff still in apartment,etc) Also had rat problem they were told from first day. Took my roommate and I 3 months to get someone to “fix” the problem. Even pest control said it was a problem. All they did was cut tree back and that did nothing. Droppings on the floor. Crawling on window ceils from outside. Said they were going to pressure wash our balcony. Never did. The place was so cheaply made you can hear people’s conversations and footsteps. Your best bet is to stay in 3rd floor. Moving out was a nightmare. Tried to add on all these BS charges. Lied about letting us break lease. Can’t get ahold of any manager on property then the people who work in office don’t know what they are doing. Avoid at all costs!

The management of this complex is a disaster. Don’t take the risk to ruin your life! Here is the timeline of my experience during the last two days! Now is 6:40pm, 10/27/2022. I calledtwo days ago (10/25/2022) The last call I made in that day was 4:18pm. A girl told me there is an unit meets my expectation (the floor plan “Century”) available at the time I was interested in (the end of Nov.). The unit she told me was 9585 Blackwood Cir, Apt 202. Right after the phone call, I filed out the application, submitted my documents and paid the fees ($100 for application fee and $350 for admin fee) online. Then I was told I am in the waitlist and would get response within 48 hrs. I though they would start the progress right away since the unit is available. To confirm it, I called at 11:01am this morning (10/27/2022). A guy told me the progress had not started yet, which shocked me. I asked him if I don’t wanna apply anymore, are the fees refundable since it was very different from I was told. He said he’s new there, so he needed to ask his manager and call me back in the same day. I left my phone number to him and waited for the response. But until 4:30pm, I got nothing feedback. I tried call for times with no answer til 5:20pm. A girl answered my phone (I am not sure if she was the one talked with me on 10/25, but the voice sounded similar) and I tried to tell her what happened. The girl interrupted me all the time with “fee is not refundable because you have applied it”, “you are in waitlist because the unit is not available, you will get response when the unit is available”, “we have already called you (I have never, NEVER gotten any phone call from them!!! And why? WHY you just told me I would not get any response til the unit is available? It’s not logic at all!!!)”, “our manager has left today I don’t know the answer”….. and other useless answers like that. I had to be serious to say“could you please let me finish my speaking?” At the end, she asked me to leave my number (yes! Again!) and would call me back right away after she check something. Again, I got nothing response so far (6:40pm) and it is obvious their office has closed!!! I don’t understand what kind of organization/management system would love to make money in this way. They just ignore others’ time and money! So ridiculous!

This property is filthy and poorly managed. There is garbage, mildew, mold, green algae, roaches, and poisonous toads every where. There is no peace, it's party central. It was like living in a dorm room. Management completely ignores the mess and disrespectful tenants. There is constant noise stomping, banging, slamming, qnd screaming all hours of the day. If you enjoy sleep and relaxing choose a different property.

I’ve been a resident here for almost a year. It’s a great place to live. Brand new apartments, great amenities (Olympic lap pool, fitness center that has a water rower and Peloton, fire pit, grill, bumper pool, etc) and the leasing office is great at hosting events (food trucks come monthly, if not more) people are always socializing at the pool, it has a great sense of community. Highly recommend !
I’ve been here for 9 months or so and have really enjoyed it. The grounds are clean, apartments are brand new and easy to maintain, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Also, we are right next to 75 making it an easy commute for me to get to Naples and my husband to get to Cape Coral. I would recommend!
