Overall a good experience with expedited responses from the office. However, some things still require attention from maintenance and I’ve lived here for a few months.

I have been here for over 6 months and have had no issues with the apartment complex. It is located in a nice area next to some great food options.

Best community i’ve lived in. The staff is amazing, I am truly appreciate of everyone’s efforts. The leasing office team keeps the community fun and engaged, the maintenance team keeps the property in top shape, and the neighbors around are amazing.

The doors are not locked. I can just press it with my finger and get in. Otherwise the area is great and food nearby is amazing. Trash valet is a bonus!

Excellent location. Very walkable. Loads of restaurants nearby. Modern apartments with nice layouts. Also, the building has a beautiful pool.

I just renewed my lease at my apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier! The leasing team is exceptional, always friendly and attentive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The maintenance team is equally amazing, responding quickly to any requests and ensuring everything runs flawlessly. Together, they create a supportive community where residents feel valued and taken care of. It truly feels like home here, and I appreciate the thoughtful touches and support that make this place so special.

Amazing Maintenance Team, they are also very prompt and professional on all work orders. I feel the property needs a little more work but it’s not just the maintenance guys job to keep things up.

The leasing office was very helpful and had great communication throughout the application and move in process. The building looks great and is always clean. Looking forward to living at Milleniuk Music Row this year.

Great and very walkable neighborhood to be in. Sometimes can be noisy with all of the construction surrounding the apartment. Pool and gym are great.

The complex is nice, but sometimes the staffs can be a little bit unfriendly and sassy. The carpets in the hallway smell a bit like garbage. They wouldn't comprised even though the mistake happened from their end.

Apartment is nice for people looking for community living. Not my personal living style or choice but works for the next year, paired with a poor move in experience wouldn’t make for a fair review.

This is a nice apartment in a nice area. It’s right by every and it feels like the city but the city doesn’t feel loud when you’re in the apartment building. There are a lot of dogs here though because this is a dog friendly apartment, and I’m a not a dog person, but they’re not bothersome.

The move in has been smooth and the surrounding community lovely! Staff at the leasing office have made the transition effortless and the amenities are amazing!

The staff and events are wondeful. Maintenance is always quick to reply and help. Love the pool and rooftop terrace. Location is perfect - love the restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

I've lived here for 6 months now and love it! For being close to downtown it is pretty quiet with the only noise occasionally coming from drunk people on pedal taverns. The community is safe and packages can get left in front of doors without anyone taking them for days! There are plenty of parking spaces, clean amenity spaces, communicative staff, and an overall positive environment. I've had a few problems in my apartment with things just needing maintenance and they are super responsive and can fix non-emergency things within a few days.

Overall a great experience so far! Everyone is so nice. Some amenities can be better well taken care of but not the biggest deal. Public areas could be better taken care of as well

The building is in a very nice location, the staff is always welcoming, and helpful. After the hurricane the power was restored the same afternoon, and we were getting constant updates on the situation. Very nice experience!

I enjoy the apartment. The community here is wonderful! I have had made amazing friends here. The location is also amazing! Walkable to restaurants and centennial park. The pool and courtyard have been great places to hang out as well.

I had a really great expierence resigning my lease. Fast and transparent communication. The girls up front are always super nice and on top of it.

Cons: The OpenPath system is cool but rather inconvenient. You will be locked out of the building, especially when there is a power outage or you forgot your phone somewhere. The main problem with this place is the water dispenser on the refrigerator. It constantly stops working, leaving you without a way to adequately hydrate, and causing you to have to spend more money on water jugs, on top of the high rent price. Pros: The location is very convenient for me. The amenities are nice, but not always available. Community events are quite nice.

Millennium Music Row is the ideal community in the heart of Nashville. It's proximity to restaurants, night life, coffee shops, schools and a hospital is ideal. There is so much to do in the area. The property is well maintained with spacious units and high-end finishes. The complex offers many amenities and social events for residents. The leasing and maintenance staff is top notch! They are very friendly and professional. If you have an issue, they are quick to respond and keep the residents well informed of community information.

A perfect Vanderbilt-area apartment. Close enough to the school and the hospital that you can walk every morning, while also being close enough to the bars and restaurants of Division and Demonbreun to walk on any given night. Plus, from the building it is a roughly 3.5 mile run around the Vanderbilt campus which is great for exercise.

The structure of the building is excellent and the staff of the leasing office is truly helpful.

We do love this community and are very happy here! The amenities are incredible, the leasing staff is so pleasant, and the units are gorgeous.!

You won’t find better leasing staff, and the amenities are top notch. I really enjoy living here, and recommend it to everyone who’s thinking about moving to Nashville!

This is a "luxury" apartment that you pay a very high price but live with intermentent electricity

The experience of moving in was simple and effective. The rooms are all like brand new. The pool and amenities are extremely well maintained and the community of the building makes for an incredible experience. Highly recommend.

Millennium Music Row is a fantastic community to live at! Maintenance is always very efficient and timely, the office staff especially Hannah and Emily are phenomenal with helping you with whatever you need, and the property is amazing and well kept up with gorgeous amenities like the sky deck! With all of this and an amazing location, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment!

Affordable apartment complex walking distance from vandy and midtown. Very convenient for commuting downtown.

It's in very good quiet neighborhood. Amenities are good. Though rooms are not soundproof. You can hear footsteps from the upper floor which is bit annoying.

This clean, newly built apartment building provides a wonderful experience for young professionals living in Nashville, especially for those who need to live close to Vanderbilt University and want to live in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The amenities are catered to young professionals’ desire to relax, work, and exercise in clean, well-decorated common spaces. The leasing agent made the leasing and move-in process seamless.

Millenium Music Row has been fantastic since I first stepped in the leasing office. It was a pleasant surprise that the management and service team are genuinely caring and want to help however they can. I have had many bad experiences with apartment complexes and have just been waiting for some kind of red flag. Not a single one has come up. I cant give this complex and the staff enough thanks.

I have loved living at Millennium Music Row. It is incredibly clean and management staff is very responsive. The neighborhood is also relatively quiet but located close to many restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in Nashville.

At first, the management seemed like they would do anything for us, but over time, management’s respect for the tenants declined significantly. A few of the benefits of this apartment include: gym in the building, easily accessible parking, good location, nice pool, and the maintenance and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The negatives about this apartment include: oven took forever to heat, washing machine broke a few times, our rent would gradually increase each month without explanation, amenities were closed due to Covid for 5+ months, and we were not provided any reimbursement (management said amenities were “free”, and that’s why they wouldn’t reimburse), when we were moving out (2-3 months early), because we bought a house, the first management told us we would be able to break our lease early with no penalty, but the new management refused to honor that commitment. The new management talked to the old management, and he (old management) denied his initial commitment, as well. We were told by one staff member that we would get our pet deposit back when we left and were denied that, as well. They did say we would get the deposit back when our subleaser moved out instead. The new management had said originally that she would take care of us and not to worry about moving out early, but after talking to the old management, she went back on her word and said we would have to pay out the rest of our lease for moving out early. To avoid paying the rest of our lease, we found a subleaser, but the remainder of our lease amount was already applied to our account without speaking to us. We were able to get the charge reversed, however. Management used to host monthly free events and have since changed the catered events to be paid for by the tenants. Overall, this apartment suited our initial needs upon moving to Nashville, but if we had not bought our house, we would have definitely looked for another apartment due to the lack of good customer service.

Love living here. My apartment has large east facing windows and I watch the sunrise each morning before work. The management staff are incredibly prompt with all concerns and requests. Amenities are phenomenal— just recently discovered the beauty of the Jam Room. I would pick this place again. For sure.

We love this place...friendly, attentive, & professional management and staff. Probably the cleanest & friendliest place we've ever lived. Love all the free events they have for the community too. Also, beyond fantastic amenities & great 24/7 security!

Seriously, the best apartment community I've lived in since my 8 years in Nashville. I have friends that live in other communities close by: The Morris, Skyhouse, & The Element. They all have talked about moving here! The management team is always attentive and helpful. Any minor maintenance issue we've had, has been taken care of asap, and the entire community is spotless because of the cleaning staff. Most importantly, the SECURITY is on point! They even have a night guard on duty who keeps watch when single gals need to walk their dogs late at night. My husband travels quite frequently, and I never worry about my safety. Lastly, I love how friendly & welcoming all the residents have been. It feels like such a close knit community, no matter how long you've been here! Lastly, the amenities are top notch! Beautiful common areas, work spaces, a music room, incredible gym, a dog park, and pool of course, are just a few! We love living here!
