Property Ratings at Millennium
This place has an amazing staff and the new renovations are great
I’ve lived here for a couple of months now, and I love it so much! Management is always super attentive and amenities are amazing! 10/10 recommend!
The apartment rooms and kitchen are pretty spacious. The location of the apartment is close to campus. There are a lot of renovation going on currently to improve the quality of life at millenium. Dog park, volley ball court, soccer field, and lounge are open to residents and nice to have. The garage at millenium is big but a-lot of people speed, so be careful when driving in garages. When any maintenance is needed, they will usually come in couple hours.
I would highly suggest living here if you are looking for a place in Norman. The staff here have been very helpful both office and maintenance. The amenities at the complex are very nice and are great to use from the dog park to the pool and gym. The rooms themselves are also very spacious and each have their own bathroom and closet to them. All in all a great place to live.
Let’s start with the good, because there is definitely some good here: best furnished apartments for the price in the area. Office workers are attentive and friendly. The bad: The management at Millennium is completely incompetent and unwilling/unable to help when problems arise. Had ~5 work-orders to get our refrigerator repaired, and had to meet with the community manager and facilities manager in person the 5th time to get the work finally done right. Had a package that was left near the front office stolen, and the community manager was unwilling/unable to retrieve camera footage or the name of who picked up my package after requesting twice in person (both times she said that she would get back to me within a few days and never did), and twice via email. Have had issues with their internet provider, Whitesky Communications, ever since I moved in. Every time there was an issue, I had to personally converse or email with this 3rd party company and coordinate repairs. This is not the type of service that Millennium advertises. I came back from two weeks of training this summer for my job, my Wi-Fi router was hanging from the ceiling crooked, had a new SSID and password, and there were cracks in the ceiling around the router. Millennium claims to have no knowledge of what happened, and they delivered me a “Notice to Quit” (precursor to an eviction) a few weeks later for no apparent reason other than that I was asking for answers. If you decide to live here, just go with the flow. It’s really not a bad deal, financially.
The stairs are covered in dog poop. The elevators are covered in flies and the building smells like trash and no one cleans it up. The questions they ask in the beginning is a joke. They still will place you with messy roommates. The kitchen is a mess. The lobby areas aren't even clean. The pictures are clearly from a long time ago.

Poorly managed. The property itself needs work done and the management is awful. Nobody cares about your concerns as a resident. They only care about how much money they can make off of you. You’re better off renting from someone else. Unless you want inaccurate charges every month, no security (your car will most likely be broken into, and for none of your concerns to be addressed or resolved then this is the place for you. I reported someone trespassing with weapons and both management and Norman police kept sending me back and forth between each other and no one did a thing.

Millennium is poorly managed. There is so much lack of communication it is frustrating. Management waited two days before letting us know we would be getting a new roommate. Then, after about five days of the resident not moving in, it took us reaching out for them to let us know that she would no longer be moving into our apartment. A violation of lease notice was posted on our door without any warning whatsoever. Alleged noise complaints were made, however, when asked what noise, they were unable to give a specific answer. Management said we were being loud in all hours of the night, but had nothing to back this up, simply because it is not true. Better communication with their residents would have fixed all of this, but they continuously fail to do so. I will not be renewing my lease after having lived here one year.

Millennium is so close to campus, affordable, and has great amenities. That's why I chose to resign my lease this year.
I love it here at Millennium. My friends all live here and I've had little to no problems. Whatever issue I do have is always handled quickly.
Millennium is excellent! The price, the location, maintenance is always quick, and the community stays clean!
Just signed my lease for next year and I can't wait to live here. It is so close to campus!
I love it here. The apartments are so close to campus and super affordable. The team onsite is so easy to work with. They always have the answers!
101/10 love Millennium. The staff is great, my apartment is affordable and i have my own bedroom and bathroom. it's great
I went through several changes of management while living at these apartments and they never really improved anything. The newest management is far more strict on rules for the residents and has made more use of the electronic locks in the gym (which often won't work or will lock before closing time. The pool gate also remains locked during a lot of the hours that it's supposed to be open.) Aside from that, I don't see the halls getting mopped as often as they used to be, maintenance is slower to respond, and rent NEVER posts all at once (or they add incorrect charges and I have to go down to the office to correct them.) They have also snuck in more and more small charges, so while my basic rent isn't as high as it used to be, the total comes out to $15 more than when I first renewed, despite my misplaced loyalty. The only positives are fast internet (though wifi can be spotty) and the gym (which has nice equipment, but everyone makes the place a mess and management neglects repairs and doesn't have anything cleaned but the floor.)
