Property Ratings at Millennium Park Plaza
This building is probably the best value for its location, but the maintenance is terrible. Exterior windows are never cleaned, indoor pool has a breathtaking south view of Chicago but has a questionable smell and feel. The majority of the building is occupied by college students.
At the price point MPP is pretty good. WIFI can unstable during the evenings but the building is in a great spot and has great views.
