Should be able to give no stars
I have lived here 29 yrs and the land owners are the worst I have ever seen. Horizen Land Managment/Miller Mobile Homes. They do not respond to anything, no management. Their upkeep is horrible. They don't return calls. Its a HORRIBLE place to live.
