As its name suggests, this neighborhood is home to Louisiana University in Shreveport. The scenic campus is located off East Kings Highway towards the edge of town.

Property Ratings at MILLICENT CROSSING
I called this complex home for many years with no complaints. The staff is awesome. They are kind and compassionate. The location is convenient if you dont mind a little traffic. I would recommend this complex to anyone.
Millicent Crossing is a great apartment complex. The staff is all very courteous and helpful. The pools are nice. It is in a very nice part of town convenient for everything on Youree Dr. When I first moved to Shreveport I thought about hopping around apartment complexes as my lease ran out, since living here I am happy and will stay until my job takes me elsewhere.
The office staff was very courteous and everything was ready for me to move in when I came here. I haven't had any problems and I don't expect any will arise.
